  1. like willian and mikel he is no lampard in the brains department!
  2. if this has been done then you will have to forgive me because i couldn't see it! last season's triumph was put down to players like hazard, fabregas and costa. having seen this debacle i would say the triumph was down to JT, cech and drogba. these guys could drag any out of a slump because they have seen it and done it for us. JT without any of these guys around is finding it hard to drag everybody in the same direction because none of them are fit to lace cech and drogba's boots judging by this awful start!
  3. can't wait for the opinions when JM has us motoring up the league!
  4. perhaps savage should get a new script writer for his pundit job and make sure his ghost writer isn't on holiday for his column!
  5. hope your patient.
  6. pogba is probably the only one that can really take us to the next level if we fork out a massive fee.
  7. seen us relegated by boro and experience the elation of 89. RIP sir.
  8. the midfield seems incapable of real penetration with the likes of willian and ramires who are quite 'brainless' in their approach. it's no wonder that JM wanted pogba.
  9. still a long way to go before season ends. personally i think JM will pull through and if the board don't lose their nerve then this experience will do JM the world of good.
  10. can't wait when he manages the club!
  11. cluck that c***! how come he doesn't go after the muslim 'slaughter own in arab spring' owned club who is going around bribing the people of manchester to accept them or the american slags who have no interest in football!! just realise i'm ranting! totally agree with dorset.
  12. costa says he is going to play through the pain barrier.
  13. too many are nothing but glory hunters who know nothing about Chelsea's history! if they had seen boro relegate us and suffer the indignity of playing in the second division then i believe they would never question or want JM gone when he has been responsible for getting us to the next level where we are in the exalted company of the barcas, real, united, juventus and munichs. sure you have the right of your own opinion and to express then on here BUT EXPECT A WHOLE LOAD OF EXCREMENT!
  14. loathe the idea of putting more money into the inept fa's pockets but trouncing tiny tots makes up for it!
  15. when you experience the interfering inept fa making us participate in a play off to be relegated against boro in 1988 one appreciates what a great manager has done for the us. since so many are 'born with silver spoons in their mouths' then all they can show is contempt, ingratitude and a narcissistic impatient attitude when the manager is suffering a 'blip'!
  16. i maybe wrong but it seems to me that pellegrini set a precedent when he decided to put 2 very tricky and FAST ball carriers on the flanks to 'smash' our 'wrong' positional players. if this is the case then teams will try and 'bypass' the middle. this will cause our middle to be dragged out of position to cover the flanks. if this happens i guess the opposition could pass the ball back into the 'empty' middle! with citeh's 'class' middle this is very dangerous! thus this will make 'asses' of our middle and show 'weakness' on our flanks.
  17. some have short memories that even the great fergy had crap times but they kept the faith and he still won a whole lot more. patience is required (for some it needs to be acquired) as we all know that great managers cannot be great all the time. in fact some should be a lot more grateful for what Jose has achieved for us instead of doubting and giving their bile because he isn't being 'great' at the moment. what would they say if he actually won the EPL or the other honours this season come the end?
  18. everything has been said.
  19. sorted. reminds me of my best mate dying in a hospice of cancer. terrible times.
  20. some of us are rather ungrateful and have no ****ing respect! perhaps if these people had supported Chelsea in the late 70s and 80s and experience the crap they wouldn't be so ****ing quick to dismiss someone who has done a lot and won more than anybody else in our history. patience and faith. afterall we can't always win.
  21. maybe the reason why we aren't getting the results might be that some managers should be given more credit for the way they have approached playing us. lots of you have put dave in his proper position and rahman on the left. doesn't it make sense that jose has 'conned' many with his defensive 'wrong' widemen and it has taken pelligrini to figure it out this season by putting 2 fast tricky attacking widemen. the same with palace who had plenty of pace outwide.
  22. apologies if there is a thread for this but the john stone saga has got me thinking. clubs like everton and especially southampton have managers, coaches and a structure where they are not overly concern about the talents they are developing if they don't turn it on in matches they allow them to want of a word to blossom with more gametime. when they do they get those higher up the food chain casting admiring glances. i can understand that these clubs have no real pressure to win titles and cups like others so are better place to follow this route especially since they cannot compete financially. i can understand united throwing money to ensure top 4 status because they need the wins to ensure commercial gains for the glazers but do we need to be like that? i feel because we have someone like abramovich who loves football and is so rich that he can afford to allow our starlets to blossom like the aforementioned clubs. after all we have won every top honour in football already. in the past many managers did follow this course and i understand that the commercial gains are high in relevant to them winning honours in this present day but like i said previous sentence. maybe this is tosh but i hate seeing us chasing and getting humiliated with failure.
  23. KDB did f*** all against Everton last season! seems to me that the bundeslegia is 'softer'! as for KDB scoring 2 goals in the win against 'a couldn't be fuss already elected champion bayern munich' big deal!
  24. 4 clucking games and the doom merchants are flying in with their 2 pennies worth! just like last season what the heck will they say if we won the EPL even if lamps scored against us?!
  25. some can't take the rough with the smooth! perhaps some should of attended matches when we were in the 2nd division! like boro putting us down!!!
