No, never. I'm sure nobody will miss throwing away 2 goal leads on a regular basis, the playing of Benayoun on a regular basis, embarrassing defeats to teams like Southampton and tepid performance after tepid performance. All this off the top of my head and I haven't even began to mention all the sh*te that comes out of his mouth after every game. Get the FSW OUT

Everything that Mata's
In 2012, only Ozil got more assists than Mata, I think Mata had 27 and Ozil had 29. Mata also scored more so statistically in the top 2 attacking midfielders in the world. Yet he won't be considered for any award, even though consistently he has been along with Suarez the best player in the league. Bale? Had a good 2-3 months but it didn't take long for the media w**kfest to start when he was banging in a couple of free kicks. Michu? Much like Cissé last season was an unknown quantity and was quickly figured out by sides and so has gone off the boil. RvP? Started off like a sure winner but hasn't bagged in 11 games, surely not the consistent form needed to win POTY. Mata has been a star in what has been an all round dire season ever since Robbie left and unfortunately Mata is dragged into that and clueless reporting by people like talksh*te doesn't help his cause. I thought Mata wasn't even nominated for FWA POTY, if that is correct it is a joke.

Excuses excuses
We don't care about Rafa, he don't care about us... I've always wondered why you would field a weakened team when you've got a potential "banana skin" in a lower side, surely you would get the game won by half time and then rest the players. However, this cretin is no normal manager; this is the waiter. The most tactically inept manager to stand on the touchline in a Chelsea suit. Obviously, its never, ever his fault when the team does badly. He even has the cheek to slate the board and the fans before taking any of the blame himself. I wouldn't care if JT and Steve Holland took to the touchline for the rest of the season, all we need is someone who actually wants the club to do well, not someone who couldn't care less; he even said himself he is leaving at the end of the season so its obvious that he doesn't care how our league position impacts on next season. Get the FSW out of Chelsea before its too late. Maybe we could arrange to leave him in Liverpool on the 21st seen as the dippers love him so much?

Rafa rant at the fans
He took the job knowing full well what the circumstances surrounding him and Chelsea were after all the sh*te he spouted about us and if he thought that/RDM chants were going away after a couple of weeks he seriously misjudged the situation. At the end of the day the fans don't decide whether you're interim or not. Also, to quote Gianluigi Buffon "no fan has ever scored a goal" so equally no fan has ever conceded one so to blame the diabolical performances on the fans and the fans alone is just ridiculous. Furthermore, RDM and Guus both had no problem delivering silverware with the "interim" title so that just does not wash and screams of a man who is out of his depth and out of luck which he has rode on throughout his career. The FSW had just finally realised that he was never going to be accepted by fans or board so he was not going to get the job on a full time basis and it dawned on him that he couldn't run a bath never mind Chelsea Football Club so he needed a scapegoat to vent his frustrations at. This scapegoat manifested itself in, well, anything and anyone but him. Everyone to blame but himself? What/who does that remind you of?

Poor Attempt at Trolling
Much better than some of the dippers recent attempts around here, fair play.

Torres - The "Groundhog Day" Thread
People exaggerate Torres performances because its the same sh*t every game. Fans can tolerate poor performances and forgive players for making howlers (like Iva v Swansea) as long as they try. Torres having a poor game is a normal game and we are sick of it, especially when he looks like he's just not trying.

Always good to see a rag with egg on its face. I was running low on bog roll so that particular story had a dual purpose!

ticket price comparison
Yes, but what Davey was saying is that Premier League teams need to charge more to balance the books due to their inflated wage bills, even more so now due to FFP.

Isn't it ironic that he leaves a year to the day that Robbie brought about probably our greatest ever success. What a difference a year can make. Hopefully he is gone a lot sooner than this, RAFA OUT.

JT for interim player coach
I don't think I'd love anything more that seeing JT on the touchline for us, unfortunately in reality I can't see it happening. Whoever it is, just get Rafa out before we're resigned to another unwelcome stay in the Europa League.

Cech or Courtois?
Best keeper in the Spanish league for the past 2 seasons and needs as much experience as possible in our net rather than Atleticos. Petr has been a great servant but unfortunately isn't as good as he was when he first arrived on a consistent basis and seems to be struggling more with injuries than he has previously; I remember the club doctor saying at the start of the 11-12 seasons that he probably only had 2 seasons left in him before his back goes. As much as it pains me to say it Courtois needs to become first choice, otherwise he may become tired of waiting and want to go off to Barca or wherever and leave us with a goalkeeping problem when Cech finally does go. Yes, Cech is not "declining" as such but just think back to how good he actually was; in my opinion his performances have dropped slightly but still he is a class act and one of if not the best in the league and up there with the best in the world.

- Sturridge Transfer
Yeah, I was looking forward to watching how one of the leagues form strikers would fair with some top quality players supplying him but shame the FSW has decided to rest a player who is on form for the sake of a player who has been playing at a league 1 standard for the past 2 and a half seasons. Can that bar steward do anything right?- Sturridge Transfer
I think he thinks he can be petulant and bitchy when 2 managers have been sacked for dropping Torres (Robbie and AVB both dropped him at The Hawthorns and were subsequently sacked), 3 managers in total have been sacked due to Torres being sh*te and 1 fat bar steward has been appointed to attempt to flog the dead horse that is Torres.- Sturridge Transfer
You can get Falcao, Cavani, whoever; strikers just cannot play in our formation and style at the minute. It's an impossible and thankless task and Sturridge suffered because of this. This is in no way trying to defend Torres' performances, he is absolutely awful and should be kept as far away from our team sheet as possible. However, we have have been a graveyard for strikers for some time and we only survived due to Didier's superhuman blend of pace, power, aerial ability and technique and my oh my how we miss a player like that. Look at how every other striker has fared during Roman's tenure at Chelsea, they have all struggled bar maybe Anelka, who was often shifted out to the right. The sad fact is that Sturridge never would have succeeded here because in a nutshell only a very special breed of player can. For me, we need to stop shelling out more scandalous fees for forward players and spend more wisely on good players whilst giving Drogba's natural successor in Lukaku time to develop his game further at the Bridge rather than giving other Premier League sides our £18 million asset to play with for a few seasons. Then we will not have to worry about our lack of options anymore.- Ditch the barca copycat. we are chelsea
The problem for the last few seasons is that the ball spends more time being played at a sedate pace between Cech and whatever center-half pairing we have out. Then one of them decides to punt it forward to one of our 5 foot 5 creative players to win a header against someone like Shawcross and it comes straight back at us. It was a lot better watching the counter attacking football that Jose played rather than playing keepball for the entire game and ultimately coming away empty handed. We are Chelsea, we didn't give a f**k how we played in the Champions League the fact is that we won it and it made it all the more sweeter beating the mighty EUFAlona with Bosingwa playing center back. Whatever happened to a good old 1-0 win, eh?- John Obi Mikel Appreciation Thread
I agree, he can into the side for a few games under AVB and looked really mature for his age and honestly did more for me than Mikel has ever done but seemed to disappear off the face of the Earth as soon as Barca were talking about buying him back.- Will you feel any less disillusioned once Benitez is gone?
I'll still be disillusioned, but I'll be a hell of a lot happier than I am now. I too am losing the love a little with the FSW in charge but I'm sure that will return when he gets the chop, be it this week or the next.- The Rafa Benitez Thread (merged)
No matter how hungry the players could be, they will never be as hungry as he is. For food, that is. Get out of our club you fat Spanish waiter.- John Obi Mikel Appreciation Thread
He was great at the Nou Camp and in Munich but he is still way, way off the standard of Makelele and doesn't move the ball on quick enough for my liking and doesn't track nearly as well as he needs to. Personally he is an average player and we need higher quality in his position to get back to the level of City/Manure. Still think Wilkins' sacking affected him a lot though.- Seb Coe please buy out Roman Abromovitch
I'm pretty sure if by August Benitez is gone, José is back and Torres, Gourlay and Buck never set foot near Chelsea Football Club again then we will all be happy with Roman. Suggesting he should go? No chance, just think about where we were before he took over, who knows where we would be today. I know one thing for sure, there would have been no Mourinho to be sacked and he would probably be winning everything at United right now. Better the devil you know...- Newcastle v Chelsea (PL) 02/02/13 KO 15:00 GMT
You only have to turn up to get a result against us now, totally devoid of any ideas and the defending is comical. Shame about Ba because that will give Benitez yet another excuse about how we should of had a penalty (which we shouldn't). Only one thing will change these results and that is Rafa out, needs to happen before it's too late.- Redknapp again
- Worst season in a long time?
Certainly the most embarrassing, gaining yet more ridicule for the merciless sacking of the only Chelsea manager to win Roman's supposed "holy grail" and be universally loved by the fans and be replaced by a podgy clown who couldn't manage Celtic to the SPL title. - Sturridge Transfer
