He still is busy with a 3 match ban, so no they haven't. Not increasing the ban makes them look good even though the original punishment was a joke in the first place. At least the rubbish charge isn't worse, I guess. But he can't play for another game, and Foy will ruin another teams result on the weekend with not so much as a stern word in his ear. So we got screwed, and the FA is coming out in a somewhat better light anyway. This irks me.

We won't be dropping a mid table keeper for an international keeper we'll be dropping one of the best in the world because a kid is hyped to maybe one day be as good. Speak for yourself. Saved a pen in OT and 2 in the pen shootout to win us the champions league. Not to mention reliable in the sticks for pretty much all our major honor wins. Not good enough for you, best keeper Chelsea has ever had by a country mile for me.

AFAIK the first mumblings of Cech's supposed dodgy joints came from Cortouis' camp. His reason for Chelsea signing him.

Can't argue with your opinion but seriously. How much athletico do you watch? How in the world is he as good as Cech. Since when has Cech had 2 dodgy knees? Where is the hole in his head? He had a knee injury last year, has hardly been injured since. He has a weakened skull structure because he is a triplet. There has been next to zero signs of Cech slowing down.

Its really not and I wish people would stop saying it is. Carlo was never a best in the world keeper. Cech has been at the forefront of our successes over the past 8 years, and after his head injury came back and still performs as one of the best keepers in the world. His heroics played a massive part in delivering the champions league (debatable to be AS important, if not more so than drogba's contributions) But the first sign of someone's potential and peoples first inclination is to sell.

It saddens me how quickly some people would flog off cech based on a young kids hype/potential.

Its not hindering his goalkeeping ability either. Its more for precaution than anything.

Just say you want the young prospect instead of cech, you don't need to make stuff up to try and justify it. How exactly is a head injury about 5 years ago affecting his goalkeeping now or in the future? He wears a skull cap thats about it.

Luiz isn't a defensive midfielder. Also, its all hearsay to find a new stick to beat the club with. Only thing we've heard of stoch is that he scored a good goal in turkey. If thats the judge of a players quality then wow.
