People should stop looking back with rose tinted spectacles ... Jose's season this year was dreadful ... terrible. And Jose only had himself to blame, tbh. His public handling of Eva was bullying ... even if behind the scenes there were maybe reasons? His methods of running the same hand-ful of players into the ground, despite poor form and giving zero chance to anyone else was clearly evident for all to see ... His favouritism towards non-performing players was also clearly evident for all to see, etc. Forcing Mata out for Oscar was unforgivable, IMHO ... And prospects leaving because they knew they wouldn't get a look-in under Jose's methods was there for all to see ... They had zero chance and therefore, zero motivation to stay under Jose. We all wanted Jose to be a success, and still be here, of course ... but this time around it was obvious why he left.

Think we will struggle. Tough draw b4 our latest injuries. But u just never know in football. I couldn't see us beating PSG ... 2-1 Everton is my prediction. Hope I'm wrong.

Guus has done a good job and has certainly turned things around for the better ... I like his calming influence over the whole club. However, as above his substitutions need to be much more adventurous, otherwise he will eventually succumbe to Jose's main failure by running the exact same players into the ground. Today, we played City's youth team. Our youth players are certainly their equal and there was no excuse not to bring RLC on and perhaps Miazga too.
