Ha bet he won't do that again. He doesn't appear to be enjoying his little run.

I just think that photo is f*cking hilarious. I just wish there was a better one while being tazered.

I think idiots like this should be fair game to the players. Like that w**ker who ran at Frank Lampard a couple of years ago, the rules should say if he`s on the pitch hes fair game and JT should have two footed him around the neck area.

It's fine at a baseball match, infact they don't take it far enough, I'd like to see stewards walking around the crowd questioning folk.

Steward: Ever heard of Chelsea?

Baseball fan: Aren't they a soccer team?

Steward: It's pronounced football.

That kind of thing only happens in Philadelphia. It's a wonderful sports town where their fans are known for booing Santa Claus, having jail cells added to their stadiums and cheering for opponents who have suffered career ending injuries. Theyre trash, its English equivalent would be Liverpool.

Hahaha, yep that is a pretty spot on picture of Philadelphia sports. Not exactly looking forward to traveling there in august to watch The Crew v Union match.

Here' a more flattering picture of Philly's finest, and Dude showing some cutback ability.

Police are Philly are known to use Tasers more often than necessary...

If that c**t wasn't so fat and out of shape he could of chased the little f**ker down. Instead he tasers a kid, eats another dozen donuts, and thinks he's a hero.

Oh I see, sorry, that was another language hiccup with me assuming the kid was the wee one in the second picture. Sorry KrazyTea!

On a more serious note, I do think that police will use whatever they are given. If tasers were introduced in the UK, plenty of police would be happy to use them. pPrhaps we need to focus the blame also on the people who legislate to have them introduced.

My thoughts exactly. Trigger happy coronary time bomb.

Well, I think they learned their lesson after the first incident's backlash. It happened again the following night and they just corralled the guy this time, no weapons this time.

Fans in Philadelphia are mental anyway. Most of them are complete morons, from my personal experience.

Why should the lad being 17 make the slightest bit of difference? We've got kids of 12 and 13 stabbing each other to death over here, so what's to say the 17 year old wasn't tooled up too? No point messing with the f**ker who shouldn't have been on the pitch anyway.

Its not just that. Its the fact that they are falsely perceived as a "non lethal" weapon, when infact they very well can be lethal!

Cops are shy to use lethal force (for good reason) which is why you rarely see cops using their guns except for the most extreme of circumstances. But tag "Non-lethal" on a weapon and cops are obviously going to feel free to use it, even in circumstances when its not necessary and can cause drastic consequences even including death(Like the tragic incident with Polish chap @ YVR).

They needed to be treated as a potentially lethal weapon, and ensure that full training is given in how to operate them in the safest manner, especially regarding the "receiver" of the charge.

Anyone knows what happened to the guy who ran on the pitch after our goal in the second half? Seemed to be a tough little guy as 4-5 steward were struggling to handle him.

I dont, but the steward that took him down ran from right next to me in the shed quite funny seeing him take him out other end of the pitch

Yep....he stopped running just in front of me in the MHL. But after he was able to kick one steward to the ground and show his Chelsea badge to all of us :D

Dan, I think that's one of the funniest things I've ever seen. My family are in stiches.
