August 31, 20214 yr Nothing to do with the team or the stadium but rather the area, I think the map is from the first half of the 19th Century. Shows how much the area has changed.

September 2, 20214 yr Not necessarily vintage. A great picture of Didier and Michael giving Ronaldo a telling off.

September 5, 20214 yr Me and my mates went to this pub in West Hampstead think it was late 80's early 90's and we'd had a good few already. At the bar my mate says to the barman (he was the manager) your Brian Bason he said he was but someone definitely told my mate he was running the place he's three years younger than me and he would never have seen him play although he denied it 😆

September 6, 20214 yr Seeing FB station as it was brings back so many memories. Your green return ticket torn in half by the collector, standing by the side entrance ramp and then the mad crush to get on the train. My mate nicked a flag from the club shop a couple of days before the 94 final Bates had made some tickets available but you had to be a member of the CPO or something I know it was expensive @Richard P you may remember ?

Don’t remember the extra tickets before the final. Just remember the original queues for tickets! regarding another cup final. What year was the problem with tickets, can’t remember the exact issue but it caused issues with fans singing during a home game? Especially those in the MHL.

Talked to my mate although we're both sketchy we think you had to pay £100 to become a pitch owner plus the price of the ticket. The Luton game I spent so long looking at a billboard for Parklife by Blur I bought it when it came out. After queueing for about four hours we got the tickets I rang my mate up phonebox back then 😁 he jumped on the tube and got served straight away wish we'd done that !.
September 8, 20214 yr Just before the final Uncle Ken permitted anyone who bought a CPO share to purchase a cup final ticket to boost the number of shareholders much to the annoyance of some . I purchased a share and picked up my ticket up from a blue portacabin without queuing on the shed end forecourt. Had quite a good seat high up almost level with the halfway line.

Remember queuing for 97 final for about 8 hours and on and off chatting to a chap who’d finished his milk round early, had been up all night, as we approached the ticket booth, we were told to show our membership number as tickets were being sold due to membership numbers, poor sod he hadn’t checked his number and wasn’t eligible for a ticket so had to come out que
