August 20, 20214 yr FA Cup 4th Rd Replay v Preston North End in early Feb 1969. Played on a Monday at 3pm! We had a crowd of 36,522. Not bad for a Monday afternoon. Won 2-1,our goals scored in the 89th and 90th mins !! Found this when looking for something else entirely

It's the White City estate where another mate of mine is one of the caretakers pretty sure it's where Dennis Wise was brought up. August 21, 20214 yr Happy Birthday to this former Port Glasgow High School player😀 who turns 51 today. The only person who I played football with, who went on to play in the first team for us.
