Win or loose we were on the booze. Too shagged out to go through the history books. Last time we got relegated was after that Boro game in 88- 35 years ago- Is this our longest spell in the top flight?

You might well be right mate. Hard to believe that game was 35 years ago though isn't it ? I remember it more than any game last season ! Edited June 19, 20233 yr by The Rising Sun Info
June 19, 20233 yr Just checked-,we’ve been relegated 6 times- went from 1924 to 1962 without sliding down the trap door however WW2 needs to be factored in.

Ive seen some big fellas in my life but he was huge I was once asked to move off one of the exercise machines there, was about to give them a mouthful then recognised it was the British women's shot putter so bit my tongue so to speak. Later wondered why they were not using more elite gyms yet I guess not all make a lot of money.
June 24, 20233 yr Was up at Stamford Bridge during the week and walked past the Legends Wall which I think is a great way of showing some of our old and recent greats, like the captions too from other players.

Both missed it, 1-0 Leeds Chopper and Eddie Mac, who kicked over the top of the ball, which did not bounce as the pitch was 95% sand - funny that.

Behind the goal at the North End it looks like the water jump used during athletics meetings. Well spotted about the D on the penalty box. Introduced in 1937, Edited July 10, 20233 yr by Boyne
