November 12, 20214 yr Don't know about anyone else but I have zero interest in watching games we lost. If for any reason the penalties from Moscow come on I turn it over I won't even watch games on The Big Match Revisited if we lost and a lot of those games I was at.
November 13, 20214 yr My mate just sent me this from Twitter I probably had one of those badges didn't have that scarf but did have one with blue and yellow instead of the red and green I think. I had the red, white and green bar scarf which I bought again on Ebay a few years ago and my beloved Eddie McCreadie's blue and white scarf I used to wear on my wrist. 😁

I understand your view on some games like Moscow, but back in the day we had a young team that just wasn’t good enough 79-83 We were on tv quite a bit plus BBC and ITV news clips. Remember cringing over Boro 7-2 and Rotherham 6-0 and thinking about Monday at school!! Don’t mind watching them as you see how open and less coached the games were.

No can't watch them at all your far too reasonable Richard 82 Spurs is another along with Sunderland 85 etc. I agree about the standard of football not just at Chelsea but at the highest level. I watched Arsenal- Liverpool from 79 it was basically Clemence kicking the ball out of his hands to Pat Jennings who did the same it finished 0-0 and it was awful.

Agree the 82 spurs game is tough, but for those 7-10 minutes after halftime we were competitive. Sunderland 85 should never have been played even then.

November 18, 20214 yr I never understood why we got rid of Weller. Could be the dodgy tights he wore for Leicester?
November 20, 20214 yr Bumped into a few QPR mates after the game as we were leaving the look on their faces still makes me laugh today. To say they were gutted after Wisey's equaliser is an understatement 😆
