Spiller86 Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Just on AVB's presser then, Hilario it is then.
Spiller86 Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Oriol and Lukaku available to play though. Official Site, it's on live.
SydneyChelsea Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Generally most hotels allow you until 10am at least
Spiller86 Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 f**k oath Hutch. There's going to be a lot of sooking about no backup keeper and other rubbish. But Hilario is perfectly fine. Only one big game can I remember him playing bad in. He's been solid in plenty.

Spiller86 Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Sorry f**k oath is an Australianism. It means I strongly agree with him.
Hutch Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Not a hint of sarcasm there, trust me. I posted the same image a while back as an antidote to the "why the f**k is he still here" type posts in this thread. I'd also add that I'm sure even Hilario's greatest critics would prefer him over Turnbull.
dkw Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Sorry f**k oath is an Australianism. It means I strongly agree with him. :) soz mate, thought you it meant something like "f**ks sake" Cant wait to see the massive overreactions over Cech being out, wonder who will be the first to say we might as well give up the title now. Anyone fancy a sweepstake?
Hutch Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Oriel and Lukaku to be presented together at the next press conference next Tuesday
Eggy McMuffin Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 I don't see how we're going to avoid relegation now. :( At least Courtois will get to show us his skills in the Championship next year.
HazardsLeftPeg Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Andre Villas-Boas has announced that Petr Cech will be out for three to four weeks due to a medial knee ligament injury he suffered in training yesterday (Wednesday). David Luiz will not be available for Saturday's game but should be fit for Norwich at home the following weekend. John Mikel Obi will be available for selection against West Brom this weekend, and Romelu Lukaku's paperwork is expected to be completed in time for the new striker to be in the squad.
Spiller86 Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Maybe we should have a thread for these press conferences so that we can just throw in anything interesting that happens in them. But this one will do for now. Some big news in that. Romelu signing is a positive but Petr is a big loss, regardless of my support for Hilario, Petr is one of the 5 best in the world.
Maverick Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Cech out for a few weeks and Luiz not back untill next weekend, our season has truly begun with the norm of injuries.
ScandiBlue Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Not the worst two games to miss, hopefully he'll be good to go after the international break.
evissy Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Aaah. Hopefully it is karma's way of showing we strike a deal with Modic and he'll be great. Hope he is back for the ManU game.
