will Jose last the season out at Real ?

Featured Replies

Just noticing Real are losing 3-1 to Malaga.

There is obviously problems at Real , if they do sack him before the season ends just wondering if Roman has him back here will he have the balls to end Rafa's contract early and appoint Jose Asap or wait to the summer

Real don't deserve him, the fans have never really warmed to him like fans of the other clubs he has managed. I don't think i have ever seen a more ungrateful selection of fans like them before.

I don't want him to be sacked because i don't think he deserves it, but i do hope he leaves them and returns to us.

He said after the game he didn't really care about being sacked. As we all know Mourinho is a great manager but a manager can only do so much. If the players aren't performing what can he do?

Not even Perez is that stupid. Jose will be given the chance to win the CL, as that's really their main aim this season after Jose won them their first league title in a while.

It really does seem like he's on his way out. If they lose against ManU he will be gone. Does anyone know if Real usually sack managers in the middle of a season? Can't seem to remember the last time they did it.

Another thing. José putting Casillas on the bench seemed very odd. Must be something between them. It seems José also said that the keeper who got to play is better than Casillas. Not really nice.

I read somewhere that this is a hint of José leaving because he did the same with JT when he was here.

So you're saying we're stuck with Rafa until march!?

F*ck, why couldn't the world end yesterday?!

It's the earliest date that we can realistically hope to be rid of him.

I know some people who can get rid of him sooner - would cost us though

(I'm jesting internet police - all tongue in cheek guvnor honest)

No way Jose'.  He will want to win the CL with Real.  If they win against Man U I can't see him leaving until they get knocked out.  But even then I can't see him returning here unless Roman gives him complete autonomy over transfers etc and that is not likely to happen.  There again we are not looking for a manager that will hang around a couple of years, the next one needs to be long term to build a dynasty not a quick fix.  It just ain't going to happen I'm afraid.

He doesn't need complete autonomy over transfers. He's never had it at Porto, Inter or Real. In fact out of every club he managed, he probably had the most say in the clubs' transfer policy at Chelsea.

Either way, I find it strange that people are up in arms about the clubs' dignity etc. over the di Matteo saga but in the same breath would champion Mourinho's return.

While I agree I doubt Sheva was on his list for strikers though.

My master plan is coming together nicely, losing to QPR has got to be worth 3 nails in the FSW coffin.

Stroll on Mar 7th, exactly 8 weeks to go.
