Reading have confirmed the capture of Lucas Piazon on a season-long loan from Chelsea.

The 21-year-old forward spent last season on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach.

Reading have confirmed the capture of Lucas Piazon on a season-long loan from Chelsea.

The 21-year-old forward spent last season on loan at Borussia Monchengladbach.

He was actually at frankfurt last year.

Talent he has he should walk past defenders in the championship.

"The reason I came to England at 17 was to play for Chelsea. All the players out on loan, we all want to play for Chelsea."

This loan business is made fun of a lot but I think we forget all the loanees are with the club for a reason, they want to play for the best in the end.

AS a Chelsea fan living in reading I'll be going to watch reading matches just to see piazon. .can't wait for next week xD

I think anybody dubbed "the next ...." that comes to chelsea won't pan out. Won't be given the chance.

piazon was great when he cme on against villa that time. and oh what a goal he scored. better than oscar and better than willian

 

Piazon is clearly not any better than Oscar and Willian, if he was, he wouldn't have gone on loan to a Championship club, he would be playing for us and his country. By the way, Piazon never scored against Villa, he made a decent pass for Ramires goal, but he didn't actually score himself.

I think Hes one of those hilarious wums Scott. Don't waste your time.

I think he has lost momentum now, and I also think he suffers from not nailing down a particular position.

I don't think he will make it here, but I wouldn't be suprized if he was a bit of a late bloomer and went on to do well somewhere else.
