I cant see lukaku being loaned out. his contract is up in 2016, so id imagine he will either,

a sign an extension and go out on loan.

b stay with us, if he is happy he'll sign an extension next season, if not he will be able to a sturridge and leave on his terms, at the end of next season.

c he will be sold in the summer, while his he will still command a high fee.

Unless we're buying 2 big name strikers (eg. Costa AND Cavani), I will sh*t blood if this happens.
