Real Madrids team is also very overrated though Rob, I mean the attack has sublime quality yes but where is the defensive cover? Kroos is very talented but he is known for being very slow, Modric is more attacking minded than defensive, Bale has been put back in his old position a few times as he was at Spurs but even his defensive qualities are outdated since he got pushed up at Spurs. 

 

Ronaldo does 0 defensive work and neither does the guy in the number 10 role and the guy up top. Real Madrid is just attack attack attack, sure with a bad defence Liverpool has they will struggle but I think they could really hurt them on the counter, especially if danny boy is back. 

Liverpool will advance so will Chelsea and Man C. Arsenal will finish 3rd and end up in the Europa league. I expect Chelsea and Man c to make the quarters then Chelsea to lose to a big team like Barca, Real or Bayern. man C will make the semis and we will probably fall.

When it's vital? Isn't that just about everyone though, again that's pretty much summing up that he does no defensive work because when is it ever vital for Madrid? Hardly ever is especially with some of the brutal teams in that league.

They really are. You always here them mentioned as a threat when they are picked in a group but I have yet to see them as an actual threat for the last few years. Their defense is always so leaky.
