When City/Chelsea/United/Spurs/Liverpool fans get angry, They can force their board to sack the manager, The sad thing for Arsenal fans is Wenger could pull a moonie to the crowd after a 5-1 defeat at home to Chelsea and still get handed a new contract, I really feel for Arsenal fans at times.

Arsenal Mania makes me so happy after they lose.

Although I do think it would be cool if we had something similar.

The rags on ragcafe are going on about how Chelsea will walk the league now and how Mourinho is a great manager and that it's a shame they chose to appoint Moyes over him since he desperately wanted the job and how he was devastated at not being given the job by Fergie, Delusion at it's finest.

Deluded clowns, he was never in for that job

Cheers

united fans like to claim a moral victory by actually believing that mourinho wanted to manage their club

so they live vicariously through chelsea, and when they see mourinho and us beat city or win anything in general, it makes them happy

Wenger - surely he needs to be thinking about going? This Arsenal team just isn't working and Wenger looked old and tired. Knowing when to go (like SAF) is an art.

I don't think Wenger will ever step down, he's too proud to do so. And so long as he gets Arsenal into the top 4, the board don't have a problem. He'll be given until the end of the season to prove whether he can still deliver CL football, anything else is a bonus.

What I find staggering is that Arsenal have actually regressed from last season. Having won the FA Cup, and with the proverbial monkey off their backs, most expected them to kick on and properly challenge us and City for the league. Quite frankly, it doesn't look as though Arsenal will even mount a title challenge this season, and its due to the exact same set of issues that have plagued them season after season since they moved to the Emirates: mental fragility, inadequate defensive cover, the lack of a true defensive midfielder, the manager's tactical incompetence and general stubborness. How the fans put up with this sh*t year after year, paying more money than any other fans in the country, I really don't know. Got some mates who are Arsenal fans and at times I have to say I do feel for them.

Is the lil' guy red&white

Another question which has me interested, If Sanchez keeps performing like that, He will definitely be off in the summer, When have Arsenal ever kept hold of their best player after a good season? Nasri, Fabregas and Van Persie are just a few names, If United or Bayern came in with a £50 million offer for Sanchez, I don't see how Arsenal would reject that considering they would be making a £15 million profit on the guy and can blame him for not wanting to stay to get the fans to turn on him like they did with the other 3 players.

I'm not sure if he'll be off after only one season tbh but I think if things don't improve it won't be long until clubs come sniffing.

He never bothered me but he was a bit of a tit. Doubt he'd be saying its between us Chelsea and city this season

Just seen a gif of the attack which led to the free kick that was given away for Swansea's first goal, There's only 2 or 3 Arsenal players in their own half LOL I'm not the smartest but surely there's a trend developing here for Rodgers, Pellegrini and Wenger, Is it completely ignoring defending and attacking like you're 2-0 down throughout the 90 minutes regardless of the actual score?

But but 'We want to entertain and a play an attacking brand of football which Is pleasing on the eye'  :laugh2:  :laugh2:

It was during the gooners FA Cup run when people got tired of his crap. I remember that final match in Wembley - it was squeaky bum time for the gooners - IMHO they got freakin' lucky in that match - Hull took them to the brink & were a bit unlucky not to win the FA Cup

Wenger spent £32m on right backs this summer, was that really the best investment?

Signed another small, pacey wide player and only signed a striker because Giroud picked up a long term injury... It was, like always, a bit odd from Wenger.

I still think City will run us the closet, we just have to avoid complacency and hope to avoid too many injuries.

Fingers crossed all our players return from the international break fit because if we're still this far clear come Christmas then the title is ours to is lose.

true - now that I think about it, dude wasn't a gooner, but one of our fellow posters here. He was having a laugh. I bet it was Zeta's sock puppet.

Mind you, Sanchez passed the 'Yes but can he handle a wet, rainy Sunday afternoon in Swansea' test with flying colours  Lol

He is technically the joint best player in the league with Hazard, He is scoring a bit more than Hazard does but we haven't got a full season out of him yet to see if it's just a purple patch or does he in general score a bunch, He did when he was at Udinese and would have at Barca if it wasn't for Messi.
