Bearing in mind they've still got some pretty tough away games to come in the 2nd half of the season I am still very confident about us, JT, Matic, Fabregas, Oscar, Hazard and Costa are all playing well and so I don't think we are relying on any one player.

Ozil has produced v Napoli,Dortmund, Utd and LFC at home. There is a reason big game players who bossed El Clasicos don't do it at Arsenal, Wenger! also look who Ozil is feeding and who Cesc is? you can't have it both ways Either its Wenger or the team, both can't be the problem especially as we get top 4 every year.

His record in big finals was pretty sh*t.

I think we are more consistent this season and we are better defensively. But as Mourinho says, Football is Football.

United are on the right track. If they sign a CB in January they could be contenders.

f**k me, even some of our supporters have got the city blinkers on. I would be concerned if they were playing sublime football, untroubled by teams and coming away with 3 or 4-0's every game, but truth is, they can slip up just as much as anyone. Right now we look extremely solid, and I would have thought that coming away with a win at stoke and a win against a very good west ham would put some confidence into our supporters.

They got a goal from a penalty and a goalie error against a relatively poor WBA, where they still conceded.  The WBA we played was much better and we still won by 2 goals, as they City, but we kept a clean sheet and got those goals against Foster in a game where, for that matchonly, you could utter the phrase "World class performance".  Silva is also in the form of his life but I doubt that lasts long in the winter, I hope.  I still think the lads havent hit their highest gear.  I just feel City's end will run and it will have a huge affect on their form, making them drop further points especially if Aguero and Yaya are unavailable.

Chelsea have already peaked, Cesc goes missing in big games and tough away fixtures as usual. His 2nd half is only going to get worse, bar assists from set pieces his overall contribution will slump. Man City? they are far from peaked, how many games have they won on the trot without Silva? now its 9 games win streak without Aguero? played Milner as a false 9 and still slapped 3 past a team. That picture is Ozil, not Lionel Messi.  You should recognize him, he signed for your club right before he went missing.  They are both short with brown hair, tans and dark eyes but if you watch the football they are very easy to tell apart.  Actually, it might help someone of your persuasion to tell them apart by how pretty, but different, their boots are.  I can tell you notice these things in a game, and not the actual game.  How else could you still watch Arsenal without cutting yourself?

Oh buddy, the only person who thought Arsenal was in a title challenge last season was Arsenal fans.  I recall around Christmas when gooners where whining why they werent being taken serious as title challengers despite sitting top of the table for so long.  Well know you know why, just as everyone else knew why.  Cause your crap team is lead by a weak unimaginative manager who cant keep it together under pressure.  You can flat track bully the small sides but when AFC faces a big team, such as CFC, they become the bullied.  What did Cesc do?  Get more assists in his short time with CFC than Wilshere has his whole footballing career.

Funny, Wheelchair Jack and Cesc have the exact same role apparently.  Cesc just does things like break records with the amount of assists he can get.  Ok, according to your stats Ramos is a better goal scorer than Iniesta.  I can buy that, our club also has CB's who can get in the goals in a big way.  Funny thing about stats, they also say Cesc is a better footballer than Wilshere in every way, including tackling which Cesc allegedly cant do.  Wilshere is good for a laugh, when he is doing his hardman impression LOL.

Actually if you go to 09/10, his last season with Werder Bremen, Ozil has 100 club assists.  17 with Werder Bremen, 67 with Real Madrid, 16 with Arsenal.  Every season under Mourinho, Ozil got over 20 assists.  Hasnt happened once before or since. As mentioned, world class no 10 under Mourinho.  World class magician under Wenger, cause he does that dissappearing trick better than Houdini himself,

Oh the big games eh? Sorry, we talking Liverpool this year when your lads got played off the pitch but still won or last year when LFC put 5 past ya? Beating a relegation zone team from Germany, Bravo!  Beating two BPL sides who were struggling in the bottom half, Bravo!  Beating Napoli?  Bravo, but weve been there and done that when they had a far better team.  We actually have a certain CL trophy to remember that with.  How will your team remember beating Napoli?  Probably next year, when Napoli is playing in the group stages and Arsenal are not.

 

But with your bias and facts, Wenger will probably need you in the board room to keep his job unless your massive club is satisfied with a domestic cup once a decade.

I have a feeling, had the same feeling in 04-05, 05-06 and 09-10. Touch wood though eh just in case.

Said a few weeks ago and I'm not sure if many will agree, but if it came down to it I would rather United won it over City.

Couldn't bear seeing Lampard win the league, or any trophy actually, with them. 

 

Utd are not good enough to win the league right now, there 10 points behind us ffs. Utd will be in better shape to challenge next season.

Who have City played away? I think their fixtures in January are looking tough..

I think we have to be prepared for the fact City will probably overtake us at some point. They are certainly proving difficult to shake off. However, we are over the halfway point and I have fresh confidence we can beat them to the title.
