Posted June 3, 20159 yr Moussa Sissoko has admitted he would love to work with Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho but is not set on leaving Newcastle United this summer, particularly if Patrick Vieira arrives. Sissoko, 25, helped Newcastle avoid relegation on the final day of the season with a goal in the 2-0 win over West Ham United that preserved their top-flight status. The France international has impressed many Premier League observers since his January 2013 signing from Toulouse with Mourinho -- according to Sissoko himself -- among the midfielder's admirers. Sissoko said: "Is he following me? According to what I hear, yes. He's one of the best coaches in the world. He has won so many trophies. Any player would like to be coached by him. For the moment, I'm coached by other people. If I had the chance to play under him one day, I would be very happy." Newcastle would make a handsome profit on Sissoko should they decide to sell having paid just €2.5 million for him. With four years left on the deal he signed upon his arrival at St. James' Park, Sissoko does not have his heart set on finding a new club for the 2015-16 campaign, particularly with Euro 2016 looming. He said: "For the moment, I'm still at Newcastle and I feel good there. There's no problem. Having said that, you're never certain of what might happen. If I have to leave, the French national team will come into my thinking. I'll make the right choice. "Play in the Champions League? Every player dreams of playing in that competition. I hope to be able to play in it one day. I'm patient. I am waiting for my time to come." Sissoko could be persuaded to remain in North East England if Vieira were appointed manager at Newcastle. http://www.espnfc.com/story/2476401/moussa-sissoko-would-like-to-work-under-jose-mourinho
June 3, 20159 yr Author Decent player, wouldn't mind this transfer. If we are really in for Moussa that probably means Ramires is off.
June 3, 20159 yr I don't see him as an upgrade on any of our current squad. Hope there's nothing in this one.
June 3, 20159 yr A poor mans Ramires (which is saying something). No thanks, he was terrible last season.
June 3, 20159 yr Very overrated, playing in a sh*t team like Newcastle makes him look better than he is.
June 3, 20159 yr I like him in Newcastle but he's not for Chelsea. If we selling Ramires and RLC or Chalobah won't replace him. I'd prefer us to go after Imbula.
