Who is everyone supporting by the way?

I can't help but will on City to be honest... (plus blah blah coefficient blah blah)

I'm a bit meh...coefficient leans me to city a tad, but then as tonight shows, their support is fcuking pathetic and they don't deserve it...heard more of an atmosphere at the bridge this season and that's saying something

BT commentators blatantly ignore the fact Ramos got the ball first there, despite seeing several replays in slow motion

He completely took out Fernandinho as well though to be fair, I thought the ref got that one right (i.e. foul and no yellow).

You're right, it sounds pretty insipid - always hard to tell on TV though.

I was sort of thinking the same, but Real Madrid's fans are hateful. Even quicker to boo their own players than Arsenal fans.

Very true and Madrid are the Kings of tapping up, wnakers

More crap commentary from BT, saying Madrid are parking the bus...hardly...not as if city are launching wave after wave of attacks...let's face it, BT is as bad as itv when they were covering it

Very conservative so far, both sides pressing each other really well in midfield; as a result neither side has really been able to create many concrete chances. Benzema and Aguero have hardly had a sniff of the ball.

Both sides have had spells in possession, although I think City have probably [just about] done more with theirs. Kroos and Modric looked like they might be capable of creating more towards the end of the half but the attacks broke down.

Presumably City will be fairly happy with how the game's gone so far. It's been pretty even, they've probably marginally been the better side, but this result certainly favours Real. They really have to score in this leg.

Sterling has been their best player in he CL..

If that were true he'd be on the park.

He's been mince for months, the young lad is in far better form and that's why he is on the park.
