If the story about that unhappy player is true, then I seriously question his professionalism and character (Thanks Brendan).

 

You play for that shirt you're wearing, the fans and the club. 

 

If he'd rather see the team losing due to his own personal agenda, then he can leave for all I care.

 

The club'll be better off without a selfish kid like him.

Of cause not, any player should always do the best for the club no matter what they think about the manager, other players, fans ect. And if they try to loose on purpose then they have nothing to do on our team.

 

but assuming the article is true, then it sounds like Mou has lost the locker room, and you dont win any matches like that.

 

What i think would be best for the club is to:

A. sack Mou right now so we can get a new manager and hopefully start winning some games 

or

B. Roman should go out publicly and declare that Mou won't be sacked this season, so he can concentrate on the games and not where or not he will be fired

I have a lot of respect for what Mou have done for the team, and would love nothing more than to see him/chelsea go on to play lots of beautiful football together, but that is not happening right now...
