Anyone know why Tomori has a squad number and Clarke-Salter doesn't? Always though JCS looked the more composed of the two.

Tomori is thought to be closer to first team level than CS.

Yeah as Scott says last season saw Tomori overtake salter, he was outstanding in the youth teams.

Tomori looked very good last season in the few games I watched so composed as well for his age which I think will be a big help, heck it means he is all ready better on the ball than Stones and he just went for £50m

Caudrado has had more squad numbers than goals for Chelsea.

glad to see chalobah part of the squad. hope this means he's staying, he really deserves a spot after being loaned from pillar to post. 

Interesting that some numbers like 3, 6 and 9 are still available. Would have thought somebody would have taken them. Could have seen Ruben or Chalobah taking 6.

7 is for more attacking so kante is not suitable for it, maybe he should wear 6.. 

 

We don't really have a solid suitable player for 7 & 9, it's been a while..

Abraham is a youth player, which equates to never playing for chelsea.
