The club have been investigated about 25 youth players we've supposedly brought in illegally. First English club to be investigated. The big 3 spanish clubs have all been sentenced with bans for 2 transfer windows. 

Part of me thinks it may be good in the long run if that happens. The counter argument also makes sense but I'm not sure Hazard, Thibo or Conte walk with the club in that situation and they surely aren't sold or sacked

Conte's gone anyway.

Hopefully they rush the investigation and ban us before we buy Carroll and Crouch.

What's going on with all the bad news lately? Since we've entered 2018 it's bad news after bad news, it was all going swimmingly in December. 

If we end up getting a ban after what happened with kakuta, then someone's head has to roll. Surely we would be doing everything above board having been close to a ban last time around.

Considering the cases against the Spanish clubs it’s hard to see us avoiding a ban here. Also looks like they only run one investigation at a time.. meaning we will serve ours, then City, then United etc etc.

I think we've been investigated not long ago for one of these cases and been cleared. I don't think the club do anything shady in general after a certain point in time, certainly after Kakuta.

We tried so hard to comply with FFP for example whilst City and PSG just didn't give a sh*t and broke the rules. I'd like to think the club plays it safe nowadays.

Looking at our youth teams its clear that a few years ago we stopped trying to bring in talent from overseas. Shame if we get caught on things a few years ago but fair enough if we broke the rules.
