Even when they seemingly did the right thing it backfired. Then again I wonder if their motives for self-reporting were equally to tarnish the previous ownership and justify their rebuild/clear house.

They've been rambling on about us cheating for decades. The funny part is that the PL fines came with a clear statement that the breaches were non sporting, hence the lack of sporting sanctions.

I don't see anybody pointing out that without Roman's actions there probably would have been a Super League and the end to the Premier League as we knew it. I still expect that to happen in the next decade but still.
May 6May 6 Younes stated on his video tonight there is unconfirmed reports of fighting between players at Cobham today.Would be more fight than we have seen on the pitch in months if true.

Especially off the back of reports from around when Enzo got banned that his teammates were "unimpressed with his antics". Not to mention that it does seem to be boiling over more and more on the pitch (Enzo and Neto arguing with bench during Semi-Final about subs and positioning, Cucu being pissed off with centre halves on Monday after the first goal). Just wish some of them would take some responsibility rather than pointing the finger...

The ballot system has been going on for Arsenal supporters for a while now, according to a mate who is an Arsenal supporter. And it looks like it is tough getting to games regularly, as it will be randomly allocated. Also, forwarding tickets can only be done to a person that has entered the ballot. It sounded weird and a sh*t system to me, anyway, but it looks like we are heading that way. Any information about what will happen with supporters clubs? Anyway, it will be possible that many of us get tired of going to the ballot and not getting tickets regularly, and then f**k it, can't be bothered to go.On the other hand, I agree with loyalty points go to the person attending the match and not to the one that purchased the ticket.

Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't supporters clubs allocated a certain number of tickets and ballots were held within the supporters clubs. I guess that has changed with the new ticketing system. You're right, it is going to be more difficult for members to get tickets. I'm in the fortunate position of having season tickets for the men's and women's teams but it would not surprise me if season tickets are dispensed with in the future and all tickets will be sold by ballot and/or through ticket agencies e.g. Vivid Seats. That will result in people who have sat together for years and made good friendships over the years no longer being able to do so. The atmosphere has deteriorated over recent years and would worsen if fans no longer stand and sit together. In my view the club doesn't want fans who are of a certain age or being following the club for more years than they care to remember and probably don't spend much money in the club shop, bars and cafes. The club would rather have people who would spend a fortune in the club shop and that could happen if fans only go to one or two games a season.Fans can also not go to games if matches are re-arranged for television or due to Cup and European matches. In the past if you couldn't go you would give your ST to someone and that would be a Chelsea fan who would find it difficult to attend games but appreciated attending a match once a season.

Same bloke that trapped us with Pedro Neto.Any well run club would have stopped doing business with him after that nightmare 6mth Felix loan deal where we got scammed, but our lot are clueless. I think City didn’t do any business with Raiola for years because he & Pep despised each other. That stance only changed when they signed Halaand, Mino Raiola had passed by then.

May 7May 7 Apparently they believe the football bubble will continue and they can sell all assets in blueco for 10billion pounds when the 10 year period is up...

They predicted returns of over 10% per year on the fund, so with compounded interest they would need to have a 5billion+ return just on that 2 billion stake to satisfy their customers. Meanwhile they apparently take 100 million per year as their fee for managing this fund. I can see them getting into a lot of trouble with customers and SEC in the years ahead.
May 7May 7 Quick question.Looking at the score tonight it probably doesn't matter but if Strasbourg were to dig themselves out of their current hole and went on to win the Conference and by some amazing fluke we happened to win the FA Cup, what would happen next year for the Europa League. Who would get preference?

Now both clubs are going to end up out of Europe next season.
