Greatest for me is Lampard - a big game player who put in performances and scored goals in huge matches for Chelsea.

Most talented and exciting to watch is Hazard - we was lucky to have him for so long and have some of his best years.

Talent wise easy hazard, impact wise easy Frank.

I’ve said before hazard was at times wasted here because his stop start style works best with brilliant technical players round him and he hasn’t always had that, we have seen it come off at times with Pedro and Giroud and it’s sensationsl football but that was the exception not the rule.

We will see at Madrid what he can do at full potential, as a football fan I look forward to it as a Chelsea fan it hurts.

Frank however you can put him in any team and he will score goals, there’s never been a midfielder that had a touch for goal like him in the premier league period let alone at Chelsea.

If you had a Brazilian equivalent today Barca or Real would pay 160 million for Lampardinho, no problem.

It’s a very tough one for me. I’m stuck between JT & Lampard. I’ve went with JT as I think he was far and away the best central defender the premiership has ever seen. He was absolutely colossal over his whole career and was in my opinion very underrated with the ball at his feet and his ability to ping a pass. He was great for coming up with big goals as a defender as well. The fact he came through the youth system and was pure Chels just adds to it. I don’t think we’ll see another player like him!

I am surprised to see him with so few votes! Lampard is a very close second for me to be fair.

Captain, leader, legend ??!

I agree with everything you said but the fact is right or wrong when it boils down to it all the glory will go to goal scorers it’s just the instant gratification nature of most people but when you look what terry did for Chelsea as a team no body compares

Zola was some player for us.

Some of the skill he showed (and on a weekly basis) and the goals he scored were incredible.

A joy to watch.

I know,  to quote Basil Fawlty: "This is stating the bleeding obvious !"

Would love to see prime Zola in the team now. Fergie mentioned how. Man Utd passed on him before us, and he didn’t realise just how good he was.

Clever, industrious, two footed, eye for a pass, good finisher.

Edit: Universally loved. He regularly got clapped by opposition fans which rarely happens

ability and skill, Zola easily.  Alongside Bergkamp I think he is the best foreigner to play in the prem.  Cantona just behind although still quality.  I rated Ginola, too

Just a magician, and i voted for him simply because i adored him.  But I suppose it'd have to be Lampard really, record breaking goalscorer for club and premier league (from midfield)
