Chelsea Academy

Was lucky enough to have a look around Cobham training ground yesterday, the best in the country is about to get better apparently, with some major upgrades. They were finishing laying a G4 pitch yesterday, the place is massive, 125 acres, with its own lake, the most successful academy in the country when it comes to the numbers of players produced. 90 staff, £10m annual running cost, all this thanks to Roman and his legacy.
