Big Les scores for Southampton

And Southampton get a draw, and have now matched Derby's 11 point "record" low tally ... well done the Saints.

West Ham and Potter ... LOL LOL LOL

Literally all our hopes lie with Villa and Forrest bottling it.

Villa could lose against Newcastle and City and I still don't think we would take adavantage of it.

Villa already 1-0 up.

Any hope of a top 4 or 5 gets further away each week…..forget anything Europe next season…blow the entire project up or find the right manager and get rid of the bang average players

And City score in 84th minute and again in 88th

Playing catch up now thanks to Maresca, although we could be kicking off tomorrow in 7th

And that is where the season will end for us 7th at best..everyone else finding form except us who have been steadily getting worse every game since December

That's a red card for Schar. Last man, no attempt to play the ball, Watkins may have been favourite to get on that ball ahead of the keeper.

EDIT: And Schar goes and scores.

Surely we want villa?

If we beat Fulham ( i don’t expect us to), we are 2 pts behind Newcastle, i think Tottenham will beat Forest

You can come up with multiple ways for us to find a way, but I don't think we have a chance at getting ahead of Newcastle from here. They have Ipswich next weekend.

I think our best chance is for Villa to lose today and against City, we somehow get two wins ourselves, which puts us 6 ahead of Villa with 4 games remaining, and for Forest to have a few more slip ups themselves.

Just watching a bit of Villa vs Newcastle... very impressed with the speed both teams can get the ball from one end up to the other...

I think the difference between us and them is they "run" with the ball and play quick firm passes up field...

We seem to have falling into this walking about with it habit and tippy tappy to the nearest blue shirt...

We've got no chance of CL football next season, we won't even win tomorrow.

After the good account they gave of themselves this season I would like to see Villa get back in the CL.
