We’re gonna smashed. I have no faith in this team to go there and get a result. We’re too soft.

I was surprised last year when we went toe to toe with City in both league games, and didn't lose either of them. This squad definitely has the ability to compete with City.

I just hope Maresca is more ambitious and we play at a higher tempo and level of intensity than when we played them at Stamford Bridge back in August.

City playing their strongest XI against PSG tonight.

Don't think they've got much choice, considering where they are in the CL table.

PSG will need to win as well. Real "six pointer" this one ...

Good news for us for the weekend anyway !

City will probably also need their best team for the final CL fixture next week, so Pep might well have to rest a few players on Saturday.

No excuses not to run them ragged. Especially with KDH added into midfield.

I hadn't realised they also had CL next week, so great opportunity for us to really have a go at them.

I think the same too so hoping PSG can beat them tonight to add to Pep's woes,

It wasn't long ago he admitted, he hadn't a clue when they could not win, more of that could be useful this weekend.

Went 2-0 up against PSG, and it took all of 5 minutes for PSG to get it back to 2-2

We need to believe we can win and have a right go at them - they've fragile defensively this season to say the least !

PSG don't have Reece James or Caicedo.

Like I I after Wolves I am not interested in a draw here, and it will not be a good result in my book.

We need to beat them, and we should beat them. They are a mess, and we need to take advantage of that and put ourselves back on track.

I think we can do it, 1-2.

Horrific result for Man City tonight. We should be smelling blood.

As I said before though it'll all be down to us finishing our chances. It's that simple,.

Funny the media reported they had "just 14 players and no defenders" to train on Tuesday and 3 of their back 4 were defenders and John Stones and Rico Lewis both came on as subs.

City are in a bit of a mess at the moment, but we are hardly looking strong and steady. Both sides can’t defend, but they might edge it by virtue of a better finisher up front.

0-0 is probably the only result that can be ruled out.

Also worth remembering that Spurs not only beat them, but thrashed them. Same Spurs that have lost half their league games.

Set up for us to win this one.

City is a crazy team at moment, capable of doing the usual people so used to for the last 5 seasons, but also capable of getting hammered on the day. Considering how Spurs, United, PSG handled them, no reason we can't beat them or at least get a draw. It should be a high scoring game.

Surely never a better time to play City. That defeat last night will have had an impact both physically and mentally.

Not saying we should be too gung-ho like Ange's Spurs but if we sit back and go out with a whimper then I really will be pissed off.

3 points are up for grabs - Come On The Chels...........!!

Absolute travesty if we don't win at the weekend. PSG gave us the blueprint on how to get the best of City and finally have a statement win under this ownership after what is an embarrassing record against the big clubs to date.

If we go out and play the stupidly slow build up, this loss will be down to Maresca.
