Fofana isn't a footballer and Tosin can't defend the wide spaces like Chalobah. In the middle of the 3 in build up Tosin is fine but Colwill is better there so its null and void.

I’ve been impressed with Neto in this tournament. Far too inconsistent last season, but maybe he’s beginning to settle down.

Either way it's still a 4-4-2ish shape when defending becoming a 3-2-5ish in attack
