Even players like Caicedo and James are pretty young.Apologies, wrong phrase I suppose. I meant in quality not what these dickwads paid for half of this dross.

If you are here to curse and name call fellow fans then just f**k off. you dont neee to engage in discussion that way.Hahaha. Think you called both Maresca and Rosenior retarded. Now I find the comment fairly descriptive myself but I think it's way above the woke threshold nowadays. Then being affronted by someone calling you on it is amusing Edited February 21Feb 21 by WhiteWall

We are the youngest team in the Prem. IF the players on the pitch cannot provide the experience and the calmness then you need a manager who can. We had a kid manager in Maresca and now we got another kid manager - no real game mangement experience between them.

February 21Feb 21 I've said from the start this manager can't hack it if we want any aspirations of going somewhere other than bottom. BlueCo takes some blame too, especially the SD's, we had a full month to sign proper CBsLastly, f**k Fofana. This was an awful season of indiscipline, lack of planning and lack of any desire to win something. Either rebuild and embrace being a mid table team with this manager or rebuild with a better manager, better SDs. Press the reset button, the quicker the better. We're turning into Brighton in real time and I hate it.
February 21Feb 21 I think we all should have accepted the mediocrity of the club now,but it still gets to you as a supporter

At least you're drawing on their energy and tempo.Taking the same set and expecting them to play tippy toe tap death to football whilst trying to hold the opposition in a head lock and squeeze out results by the finest of margins is a ridiculous strategy to adopt and one that will be the end of every manager that tries it.He can roll out this sh*t all he likes, but he is not daft Rosenior. He got the message when being taking on, how critical the club view CL qualification. This team this football, fails to achieve that, imo.
February 21Feb 21 Rosenior was complaining that he’s not had any time to work with the players. So as soon as they get a free week he packs everyone off to Dubai and they come back and put in a half-arsed performance like that. And when the game spins out of control thanks to the stupidity of Fofana, the manager has his own brain fart and chucks on anyone who looks remotely like a centre half. And then they all decide to stand still at every corner.Words fail me. I thought Leeds was bad. But that was on another level.

February 21Feb 21 Aston Villa 0-1 BrenfordBrentford when down to 10 men after 42 mins, no panic no throwing on 5 defenders stayed with same players on the pitch, and then scored, only towards the end did they shut up shop but still left two players with pace on

A young team needs an older veteran manager that has actually developed players and understand what it takes to achieve title wins. Or else you'll just turn the player mediocre.
February 21Feb 21 I had a great day, took my 2 youngest and met some very old Chelsea boys. Ain’t been to the bridge in a year, refused to go and watch EM bullsh*t football. We are so bad I can’t begin to tell you. If the players had put in a first half performance like that under JM he would have made 5 changes at half time. Why do these players have to bother when they will be told how brilliant they are even when they are sh*t.If anybody thinks this club is getting back to the top with this manager and these players f**king forget it. Forget the football, be with friends and family. Eat drink and be merry because as far as being a serious football club contending for major honours go forget it. Edited February 21Feb 21 by C3blue

I mean the reverse can also be true, when we first one the Champions League it was down to the fact that THAT team had vast amounts of experience and it really didn't matter that the manager Roberto diMatteo - great bloke - had zero management skills and ability. We have a team of great young players - despite some of the abuse they get around here - what they lack is that game management experience we see that time and time again wit this team. All the red cards this season - this is not a 'dirty' team, this is a young idiot team with no experience.
February 21Feb 21 We have to face facts, we are never going to be the force we once were. Those days are gone.
February 21Feb 21 Is anybody bothered about CL football?Top 4 as always been for the bean counters.I remember people asking would you rather top 4 or the league cup….derrrrrr! The league cup all day long. Top 4 is for the accountants, the same accountants who have left millions on the table with bad signings and lack of sponsorship so f**k them.Trophies are for the fans and the players and the glory not the money.Give me the Europa league, a trophy we might have a chance of winning not just making a buck by being in it to start with. When we are serious about competing then bring on that CL otherwise stick ur participation trophy or £ up ur arse.
February 21Feb 21 Author Well is not a surprise to read the whole second half and find out what happened. We sink to such low levels against poor opponents.Rosenior said himself if you give the players a holiday and results don't come then you have issues. Here it is.

Even in that CL win, we had Terry red carded, Drogba fouling Robben. Can't expect perfection when the man in charge is also learning on the job
