So £65 tickets for England's opening game are offered at over £1,600..Apparently secondary ticket sites are not regulated in Canada or America, but there's no reason FIFA could have imposed their own rules and resold tickets at face value as Chelsea do on our Ticket Exchanges. Instead they take their cut from inflated prices.I wonder too, if it's really fans that are reselling tickets and not FIFA officials?
