loz
Ballck for me. Average first half and excellent second. Even his furst half was considerably better than Essien and Sidwell's and he was doing a lot of their work for them.
Lofty
Yep, Ballack gets my vote. Did ok in an poor first half team performance, put himself about and ran the show in the second half.
Gem
Ballack for me too, stood out head and shoulders in the second half. Liked the way he threw himself to win headers and tackles and to make blocks, all action - exactly what we needed.
coombsie
Ballack for me too. I think the responsibility of the Captaincy is really bringing out his leadership qualities. His all round game reminds me of Frank in 04/
sweet waffle
Ballack all the way. Richard Keys and Ray Wilkins just called him "a Rolls Royce player" and today he was.
geezer
Herr Ballack without a doubt though having Mikel on in the second half enabled him to play with more freedom. We were much more balanced as a team when Mikel came on.

ecthelion
Good perfomance from Ballack. He got my vote. But what will happen when Lampard will return from injury?
superdan
Essien was an excellent holding midfielder today especially in the first half mopping up stray balls and stopping attacks. Some sloppy passing though. Very pleased by Ballack's play.
just
Ballack for me. Again. Maybe Frank leaving in the summer won't be such a devastating blow after all.
BlueBeard
Ballack, no question.
Mod
Ballackticus! Had a grand game! (turning into a great Jose signing ) Another mention for Alex, think he's doing what he should when called on, and can pose a threat up front on corners. Bridgey good game, not a bad game either for Joey and Kalou for again finding the net.
BackInBlue
Who would have thought Ballack would be running away with MOTM awards almost every game. He really seems determined to show his worth to the team.

Guest
I voted Ballack but give an honorable mention to Alex who in my mind pushed him close for the MOM award.

BlueBosnian
Ballack for me as well. Since he came back he has been great. Keep it up I always believed he'd come through.
AmericanBlue
I went for Belletti, made an instant impact when he served his first corner for the Kalou goal. I would much rather see him provide the service than Cole or SWP. I also thought he contributed on the attack and played well in defense. I was impressed with Ballack, escpecially his willingness to confidently take and score the PK. Likewise he was dangerous on the free kick that barely missed the post. Since his goal was a PK that he made the most of the foul, I went for Belletti. Grant seems to have the squad prepared and motivated for the second half. Guest
Were you watching when he (Belletti) went to head the ball, missed it completely and let the Fulham chap through on goal (which luckilly he stuffed up)?
AmericanBlue
I didn't know that was him the coverage, here in the states the feed is not in hd and the announcers didn't make mention. Just kind of assumed it was Ben Haim, seems like something he would do. I still think Belletti deserves MOTM.
paraphil
For me, at half time it would have been a 3 way tie between Alex, Essien and Ballack. But Ballack's 2nd half performance was what we and the team needed. Pure masterclass. He gets my vote.
