I could go on but why? Hell I was tempted to throw in Sutton and Veron as well, on second thought Veron gave more effort than Malouda. So I would say Malouda's about on the Sutton/Pizzaro level which is one notch above Borgarde status.

I think Malouda is the slowest winger in the world. Also in the first half of the Wigan match I actually thought to myself "hey who is playing on our left?".

maybe petit was a bit harsh! his one fit season to be fair was really good - i just remember him huffing and puffing around the pitch trying to catch his breath all the time XD

I personally wouldn't go that far. I beleive Malouda has some talent which we (obviously) have not seen enough of. I don't think we've seen the best of Malouda yet.

That said, I have plenty of time for honest triers like SWP or Mario Stanic who try their heart out but simply don't have what it takes to be a starter at the club (more Stanic than SWP who is useful against some opponents). What I don't have any time for however are lazy players like Malouda. Unless there is a drastic turn around in his application and work-rate I want to see him sold.
