Tried to sign Pep Chavarria, a mediocre full back without a single cap for Spain or appearance in the Champions League. Offered a low amount, Rayo Vallecano asked to match his release clause which was £21m at the time. Now it's somehow gone up to £42m and they are demanding that instead. Sold Santos to Man Utd for £50m, a direct rival for top 4. Selling Chalobah to Como for a pathetic £30m. Enzo wants out, but nobody wants to pay the money. Desperately trying to shift Garnacho, the best we will get is a loan. Jackson is back because we can't sell him. Delap, Disasi, Badiashile, Tosin, etc, players that need to be sold won't be sold. No FOS sponsor for another year. I really didn't think this lot could get much worse, but they've done it. There is no way Alonso isn't already concerned.
