how did obertran get away with this

Unless the ref saw the situation and didn't think it warranted a freekick or a yellow/red card they have to look into this. He should be banned for that attack.

On the other hand I wouldn't be surprised if the ref "saw" it and since it was ManU he let it go.

So unless he gets banned we can quite easily conclude that either the ref is a complete incompetent ba*tard or else UEFA is. Maybe both.

The ref was pretty much right next to the incident but it's likely he was looking where the ball was going so hopefully he didn't see it. If he did see it then it's incompetence of Overbro proportions

United players have been getting away with that kind of thing for donkey's years - waste of time complaining, UEFA bend the rules as much for the mancs as they do the scousers - cheating c*nts, the f*ckin' lot of 'em!

Can he be fined after the fact, if that is at all possible.

If this were to be reported to a tribunal, wouldn't they have to take action, or would it be the smae old sh*t "game's is over, and the ref never had the incident in his notes, so....."

Simple...the game was played at Old Trafford.

Pretty much open and shut. They get away with almost anything at home.

I think Geezer is right in that the ref's head is pointed away, and he seems to be following the action. In which case it should be reviewable. Obertan should get a ban for that. Even the 3 million pound nobody reserves they buy are arseholes.

Too bad that guy didnt catch Evra in the jaw.

Just watching that video winds me up. If I was the player I would have no problem giving him a good kick back the next time he came near to me.

apparently they did clash later on with both players being booked. if some prick booted me like that i would have smacked the sh*t out of him. but i do have slight anger management problems....

does evra go in and tell him he has dived when hes on the floor. looks that way as there is a reaction by both cska players. he must get some sort of punishment for that.

Obertan reminds me of a simpleton. His head shape, with that large back lobe sticking out, is symbolic of someone missing a chromosone or two. He probably drools in his sleep.

And he is a crapaud to boot!

:D Little feisty one! The hair-pull pull down was a quality foul!

I saw a video of that on another site with just the punch and tug of hair, but looks like she's been at it all through the match. ::ChElSeaFLag::
