If there is one already, please link me and point this poor eye sight girl in the right direction. So, some questions if you’ll humour me: 1. Which player were you desperate for us to sign, we didn’t for whatever reason and then was glad we didn’t after you saw him play elsewhere. 2. Which player were you desperate to sign, we did(!!!!) but then his time here was a bit meh. Don’t focus on the fee and wages, just in a footballing sense. 3. Which player did you want no where near Chelsea, we didn’t sign him and so we’re bloody glad we didn’t/felt vindicated after he performed rubbish elsewhere 4. What player did you really not want at Chelsea but when we did sign him and he played for us, bloody hell are you glad we did. Of course can always have more than one player, so go for it and share your true thoughts and feelings.

Agreed, I made the mistake of watching his documentary and reading what opposition fans think of him and so I’m not desperate for him to come. I used to be one of those people who said ‘oh well I’ve not heard anything for 2 days it’s all gone quiet we’re not going to sign him we’re gonna get relegated football is dead’ etc... but what you’ve said is spot on - why would there even be consideration of official transfer talk whilst they’re still in a competition they can win? I’m sure both player and club want to focus on winning the EL. Plus I can’t find the post so apologies but someone said they wouldn’t play him so as not to risk an injury? I know it’s slightly different because we had no financial gain but we did it with Pedro. He’ll play and, for selfish reasons, whilst I’d rather he not you have to accept he’s still a BL player, they pay his salary and they have a trophy to go for.

I’ve watched the entire series of The (American) Office 4 or 5 times and it never bores me, such fantastic writing and characters. Considering the size of the cast there is no weak link, completely unique. I’d recommend Killing Eve to anyone, Jodie Comer is on another level.

I get the part about no one on the list provided but this comment was a bit weird. Were you not for the signing of Joe Cole in 2003? Do you think he didn’t work out at Chelsea as a result of being bought from a relegated team? Don’t underestimate/scoff at players from teams that are relegated. As I said, I get your point that none of them are ideal and appreciate it may be once in a blue moon a gem is found but I wouldn’t wipe out every player who got relegated.

We change to a system where Kante, Jorginho & someone like Kovacic are deemed the best options? Nope, my original statement stands - Kovacic is still behind Barkley and RLC. I have no idea what formation, tactics, personnel & opponent would make that ^^^ midfield seem the best option but that’s for Frank to worry about.

No idea what formation we’ll play next season but if it’s a case of him or Pedro then I’d pick Pedro every time. Willian is a good squad player but not much more for me, I’m sure he’ll throw a strop if he’s dropped or edit Frank out of some pictures. There’s no real reason why it should irk me as much as it does but why should he get the number 10 shirt (if true)? Not because it’s been used by great players before him but he’s been 22 since he signed, just stick with it, surely?? Azpi could have had 2 at some point but stuck with 28, Luiz could have gone back to 4 but stuck with 30. I understand the change if it’s only been a season or 2 and ‘your’ number becomes free but 6 years? No, come on. Irrational rant over.
