Love this kid. He did what he had to do, nothing more but also nothing less. For a first premier league appearance, he didn't look out of place.

He has started a game though, didn't finish it because he was sh*t again. But hey, if you want to "believe", go right ahead.

I would love to see Bale in blue! Another superstar in our team and a front line of Hazard and Bale, with Fabregas in behind to feed them... that would be sensational. It's about time we make one of these "big" signings instead of throwing our money away with signings like Cuadrado. He cost us like 30m£ and he's just useless.

First of all, how can i be "wrong" when i'm simply stating what I would do if i was in charge? I never said that i expect Mourinho to do it... And secondly, i see no rational argument why we shouldn't try and involve one or two youth players in there. If Loftus Cheek will be a 1st team player next season, why not let him taste it against decent opposition now that we can do it without any pressure? I also see no harm in using Solanke if Remy isn't fit. Let Drogba start the game and have Solanke come on later in the game. Another reason why i wouldn't be sorry if we lost this game is that we might just be helping Liverpool kick Man U out of the top 4 and thus not playing CL for another year. I just hate Man U more than i hate Liverpool and it would be absolutely brilliant if Man U ended up outside the top 4.

Mourinho has already said multiple times that Loftus Cheek will be a 1st team player next season. Usually when he talks about the youth players, i don't believe him but on this occasion i do think he sees something in the kid. With the title wrapped up, i see no reason why not to play him. Get him some minutes, let him taste the Premier League.

I've never been a fan of Oscar and i don't understand all those people who keep making excuses for him. I can't say i would be sad if we would sell him.

If we want to grow up as a club, we need this kind of stability. It's impossible for example to have youth players break through when you have a new manager every year. José is one of the best in the world, he loves Chelsea and we love him, so if we can have him around for many more years, i can't see anyone complaining.

Winning the CL doesn't automatically mean you are the best club in Europe, no. I don't think we were the best club in Europe when we won it in 2012. But that's not relevant for what i said though. I don't think anyone will disagree about the CL being the biggest and most prestigious club competition in the world. I also think that if you win the league so easily, but you can't progress seriously in Europe, it says a lot about the quality of your league. I do think the question here is completely wrong. We shouldn't be talking about one or the other. As a Chelsea fan, i expect my club to challenge for all cups because we are one of the biggest clubs in the world. We should be able to win the PL, CL, FA Cup, ... on a regular basis or at least get far in the competition. The way we crashed out of the FA Cup and CL this season are shameful.

Lampard is a Chelsea legend of course, but after his behavior i can no longer respect him. He lied to us fans and he ended up joining our biggest domestic rivals. For me, that's unforgivable.

I have to disagree. Of course you need some luck to win the Champions League, but the best clubs of the world are in it and so it has much more prestige to it. Playing clubs like Bayern, Barca or Real Madrid are massively different from playing Arsenal or Man City. The level of the Premier League has really went down over the last couple of years and so the prestige of winning it has taken a hit as well.

Who cares about this game? Use the B-team and some youth players, let our key players rest. Hazard, Fabregas, Matic, Terry, ... can all have a rest if you ask me. We don't need to win this game and if we give it to Liverpool, we might end up seeing Man United missing Champions League again and that would be fantastic.

Champions League => more money and prestige by winning it. But i don't believe that you have to choose. I don't think we have a bigger chance of winning the CL when we gift away the league.

WIth the current standings in the Premier League table, i see no reason to look at other teams results because we have everything in our own hands. 7 points with a game in hand. If we win the games we should win (Leicester, QPR, Sunderland, ...) we can even lose our games against Man U, Arsenal and Liverpool and still be champions.

Indeed, there's no reason to bench him. Especially since he's pretty much the player that's carrying our team at the moment.

You can't blame it all on Costa. The entire team is underperforming so Costa is going down with the rest of them. Just look at Fabregas his stats from before and after christmas, it's ridiculous. Also, i think he was so aggressive last night because of Mourinho's tactics.

Completely agree. Mourinho want to dominate, but he needs to realise that times have changed. We don't have the squad we had in 2004/2005. Our current team isn't equipped to play this ultra defensive style and grind out the result. There have been many times this season that we couldn't do it, José should take notice but instead he keeps banging his head into a wall. I really want to enjoy watching Chelsea play, but with the way Mourinho makes us play these big games, there's very little to enjoy.

I'm probably the only one, but i'm just not sure if Mourinho is the manager we need/want at Chelsea. We have such a talented and technical squad to work with, but they are all being abused to fit into Mourinho's ultra defensive playing style. Or do you think players like Fabregas or Hazard enjoy playing like they had to play last night? I'd rather have a manager that actually let's us play attractive football, even against the bigger teams. Mourinho keeps on using his ultra defensive tactics against the big teams and it has failed him time and time again this season. He either opens his eyes and let's us play more attacking football or he can leave in my opinion. I want to enjoy watching our games.

I never said we didn't win anymore, i said we play some horrific football. That game against Spurs wasn't exactly sensational.

PSG deserved to go though, they outplayed us in both matches and we didn't do anything about it. If you ask me, Mourinho is the one to blame. His tactics were wrong all night, especially after Ibra got send off. We have been horrific for weeks now and it's getting very annoying.

And he sucks anyway, might as well get ourselves a decent replacement.
