If our attack was firing Jorginho would look a lot better. He's played a tonne of key passes that should have led to goals or at least shots on target only to be ballsed up by one of our attackers, there's a decent video here. Yes he plays a lot of short sideways balls, but it's his job to keep the ball moving and get the other team out of position, that's the regista role he's playing, and I think he does it very well. Of course he can improve, but i feel like he's the latest in a long line of scapegoats at Chelsea

It's also worth pointing out he had no preseason coming off the back of a bad injury, so naturally it would catch up with him at some point. 
I think he was still performing pretty well up until the city game. Since then, I feel. he has lost faith in conte's tactics. 
Willian had an unbelievable 6 game run in which he helped share the burden with hazard, but he has been worse than hazard for the last 3 games now. 
I don't think Willian and hazard are a good fit, when the flicks come off it's mouthwatering, but both players like to slow the attack down, and neither players make enough runs in behind. 
Hopefully a change in formation next season will allow another attacking player to start aswell, so we have a bit more balance. I think when Oscar, or schurrle played, we looked more balanced going forward, as both were willing runners that complimented hazard and Willian. 
Pedro was the answer last season, but he has had a poor year. 
Hopefully we see hazard stay long term as part of a more balanced and exciting attack.

Find it quite astonishing this sort of thing still happens. We can quite readily spunk £40m on a player like Bakayoko but despite all the Sky money and gate fees etc we have to go to a tribunal rather than just agree to pay a small club like Exeter a decent price?

I think if we are able to keep hold of Kante in our team, he has such dynamism, purpose and strength that initial formations have only a notional importance. Hazard in any formation would still have the licence to be creative if you had Kante and, say, a similar strong roaming midfielder (I would love to see Kante and Pogba in our midfield, but I know we can't compete moneywise) galloping through the midfield, pressing the opposition and nicking back possession.
Hazard is important of course, but we shouldn't be blinkered either. Whilst I don't doubt his importance to us and my sphincter tightens every time I read a rumour of him leaving, let's be honest his impact has been negligible (that's being diplomatic) these last couple of months and he has largely been given a free pass, and yet still pouts and mutters when he is inevitably substituted having not had a shot on target.
We need a team that consistently develops and improves with occasional critical changes to important positions. We shouldn't continue on the merry go round of wholesale changes to the team and to the manager.
I am happy with any manager that wants to play the football I like, which is high tempo high pressing football, which I think is entertaining, and then is give the chance to create a settled squad that is continually improved (Crikey, have I just described Spuds!).
I, along with a significant number of our fan base, just lose interest in this constant soap opera of hiring and firing managers and the apparent lack of engagement and commitment to the club from players and management.
I just want us in the papers for the quality of our football. It's not even about winning things for me, its about entertaining football and competing.

Firstly hello all and I hope this is ok with the moderators to post.
 
My name is Tony Munday, I am a 49 year old unfit Millwall supporter (someone has to be) who is heading for the knackers yard. On Sunday March 18th I am running the Brentwood half marathon  on behalf of a 3 year old little girl called Isla Caton who is suffering from the same horrible disease that took Bradley Lowery the boy who captured the nations hearts.
The disease is Neuroblastoma and the treatment for this is only available in America. 
On Tuesday young Isla had an operation to move a tumour from her brain and now goes back to chemo treatment to clear the cancer.
Through the Bradley Lowery foundation the family need to raise £400,000.
 
Here’s the catch.
 
Isla Caton is born into a staunch West Ham family and as a Millwall supporter I am using this as leverage to raise as much money for her as possible.
The rivalry between the two clubs is huge and I pray they lose every week.
 
I set my original target at £1000 and declared I would run in a West Ham shirt if reached. Due to having many West Ham friends who I have wound up over the years I reached the £1000 in 24 hours.
I added targets
£2000 to run in full kit
£3500 to do crossed hammers at finish line
£7000 to run with dyed claret and blue hair 
I’m currently at approx £4,100.
 
Normally I wouldn’t even look at a West Ham kit let alone wear one but I’m prepared for the stick I’ll get for the rest of my life so this amazing little girl gets what she needs. My pain will be nothing compared to what she is going through.
It’s a very small sacrifice for me to make.

Conte is a great manager, one of the best at present and the first season was also memorable because unexpected. I always support Conte at least until he does not come back to Italy. Having said that Conte's widows are a disgrace for Juve fan base unfortunately. Our fan base is the largest in Italy but too many do not support the shirt and they prefer to support single players and managers.
Allegri  does not play spectacular football all the time but is an excellent manager and games like those won against Real and Borussia in 2015 or Barca and Monaco this year have also been  excellent. Saying that we play horrible football is just pure ignorant and untrue and shows very poor understanding of the game sorry. After the first year we saw quite a few bad games with Antonio too, especially in Europe btw.
Going back to Antonio I think he is not a manager that can stay more than 2-3 years with one club because the intensity that he puts in his job is so high that he burns the candle from both ends and it is very hard to keep that type of intensity from the same group of people for very long. I would be surprised if he stayed on for another year but I cannot see him staying for over 3 years despite the fact that he clearly loves Chelsea
