That di Santo kid
He doesn't look that tall! Hmn can't really tell since he's standing next to Essien and jumping next to Terry.

Wingers
Im sure Benzema said he wants to stay at Lyon for another year, as for Aguero he is like A.Madrids new Nando Torres, so i doubt he will be going anywhere for another year or so unless we other something crazy. Quaresma is a very realistic target, he has stated he wants to go elsewhere to further his career away from Porto and he would be a quality purchase. Joaquin is also going to leave Valencia and the likes of Everton are in for him, that would be criminal to have such a player of his Quality go to a club like Everton he is so underrated it's unreal. He's gonna leave Valencia it's almost certain, he is one of there highest paid players and they are in financial trouble so they need to offload him. Just hope we go for some top quality wingers this year and give the Chelsea team flair.

Wingers
Quaresma is someone that we need, we need flair and he will certainly bring it. As for other wingers Valencia have 2 of the best. David Silva and Joaquin, both top quality wingers which we should look at.

When Will The Exit Door Begin Revolving?
Drogba certainly needs to go, we need something new and fresh at chelsea and we need to start by getting a new Striker. He has gave us some great games and some terrible ones, his time is up.

Gio Dos Santos to.......Citeh?
Well looks like we are in for the guy now, this site has proven to be reliable in the past. http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=695098 Im very unsure about this move, would love him to shine for the club but would hate for him to warm the bench.

New manager
I wouldn't mind having Grant here next season but i can see him going upstairs into a different role, I would love to see Marcello Lippi and it's a possiblity im not sure on Rijkaard though.

Chelsea Vs Man Utd (THE FINAL)
The collar on the shirt does kinda spoil it but the rest of it is pretty nice and looks a nice kit overall. Every day coming up to the final you just have to wonder how the ending will turn out.. i can see it going to penalties which could make or break someone. Hopefully it will break Rooney This game has the story and the potential of being an epic champions league final. Cmon the Chelsea!

Chelsea v. Bolton MoTM
Sure every dog has his day but explain to me why Anelka should be number 2 choice over Sheva? Out of the 2 the one who looks more likely to get goals is Sheva. I know our strikers aint been great this season, Drogba has had an average season but like someone said that's really all down to the our formation, all of our strikers play better with a partner in a 442. Maybe Grant doesn't want to drop Ballack or Lampard to play this formation really don't know why we don't play it cause it defaintly works.

The Bosingwa deal appears to be done
Money in football is pretty stupid now but im not surprised why we see defenders being bought for that price, tell me what makes them different to strikers and midfielders. Would you say John Terry is only worth half of what Drogba is worth?
-
Chelsea v. Bolton MoTM
Im not saying this because im a Sheva fan and my forum name is Sheva but if you look at what Sheva has done this season, dont include the Injuries and what not but he has really been on form and it's a shame we haven't played him. Whenever he comes on he wants to prove himself and we don't give him credit for it. Look at what he done against Villa and then he got injured and just didnt get back into the squad and Anelka hasen't exactly set the world alight but he has been out of position i agree with that. Sheva when he came on against Bolton was one of the better players, his passing was good he wanted the ball and wanted to make chances he looked alot more likley to score than Drogba and put alot more effort in. I don't think he should of been man of the match but he was up there for being a contender.

Chelsea Vs Man Utd (THE FINAL)
Wonder how we are gonna put our starting line up out for this game, how is Drogba doing with his fitness, will Terry make it. --------Cech------- Cole - Terry - Ric - Essien ----- Maka ------ --Ballack --Lamps - --Cole ------Malouda - -------Drogba ------ Need to look at the fitness of these players though, i guess that will be the team for Moscow, but impact subs will we be bringing Anelka on or Sheva? for me Sheva is performing alot better than Anelka and deserves to see this final. Also is Kalou fit? Can't wait for this game.

50 million for Torres
There is more of a chance for us to sign someone like Messi than this guy and the chance of getting Messi is near impossible. Fernando Torres will be staying at Liverpool for a long time and it's a shame we didn't go get him before they did. This will never happen, just another stupid story.

Ronaldinho
It would be great to see someone like him at the club, however there has been many reports that he has become a bit of a party animal. Many say he's just lost his confidence at Barcelona. I still believe he's going to end up at AC Milan because that is where he wants to go. I personally believe a player like Ronaldinho doesn't just lose form and his ability within a season, he is something special and it would be great to see him at the club. It would be extremely sad to see him fail at the club though.

Squad Strengthening
True his ratio is pretty awesome but didn't Kezman have some stupidly good ratio, im not saying he's a bad signing just think we need someone around the 25 age mark to lead the line or someone with experience in the big leagues and champions league. Next season i'd like to see a new face upfront with Anelka and Di santo breaking into the first team. I'd also love Sheva to stay with us but it looks unlikely.

Squad Strengthening
Next season it looks like we will be defaintly going for Flair.. that's what Roman wants and alot of us want that aswell. Apparently we have signed Bosignwa already for 20.5million euros according to the FC Porto website so the full back slot has been filled. As for the wingers two names come to mind, we won't be getting Messi and im sure every knows that. The two names for me that come to mind are Ricardo Quaresma and Joaquin Sanchez. Quaresma has so much creativity and flair which would bring alot to the club however he does look the greedy type of player but look at what Man Utd done too Ronaldo? As for the other name, we really need to look at what's happening at Valencia, they have world class players but the club has just gone upside down and they just avoided relegation. We were in for Joaquin not so long ago he was class back then and he still is, he has pace, power, strength, the odd trick or two and of course he can cross the ball! As for someone in the middle of the park i really don't see us making a move for anyone if both Lampard and Ballack stay, the only person that would fill one of those shoes would be Van der vaart. Striker? Looks like there's gonna be no Drogba, which means our style of football will change. Only one that i can think of is David Villa, sure you got Klass Huntelaar but you got a striker who is proven in the dutch league and you got a striker who is proven in the spanish league. Just really don't think we should sign someone so young and expect them to bang in 20+ goals a season. Well they are my thoughts about our transfers, there's gonna be alot of players leaving aswell so should be a very interesting summer.

Gio Dos Santos to.......Citeh?
He's failed to shine at Barca this season, Bojan has taken that limelight. Dos santos looks to weak for the prem in my opinion but i could be wrong.

"Milan Won't Pay for Sheva"
Yup loads of rumours going around the net that milan are around £25 million in debt. Maybe that's why they want Sheva on the free but a deal could be unlikely between the two it's just do chelsea want to offload a striker they paid 30 million for free? Milan are struggling to even sign Ronaldinho at the moment, Barcelona have put a £31.5 Million price tag on him, only Man City have reportadly matched the offer... Ronaldinho at Man City? that would be something to see.. but his heart is set on Milan.

Man Utd Barca Semi thread
Barca miss an on form Ronaldinho, Messi was great tonight but as for the other 10...

100M to spend in the summer
Thing is though, would he play for us? In the past he's only said that he'd go to Real Madrid. I just can't see anything that will influence him making a move to us, well Shevchenko maybe but he's looking on his way out next season. Avram Grant has had a very good season with us, just look at where we are joint top in the league and losing out on goal difference, we have the advantage in the semi final in the CL. However there is still a big cloud over Avram Grant as being a succesful manager which is crazy and players tend to look at that. The reason Avram is getting stick is simply because he replaced Jose someone who chelsea fans fell in love with. He has made the odd dodgy sub but just look at our position. I for one would love to see a well known manager at Chelsea next season however i wouldn't be devastated to see Avram Grant in charge, we just need to get rid of that cloud and make these World Class players want to play under him. And £55 Million for Kaka, why not? The way football is going as a business that type of money is going to get thrown around for players because it's evolving. Just look when Real Madrid purchased Zidane the price was crazy but that was years ago, £55 million is not an unrealistc price for perhaps the best in the world at the moment.

Luka Modric - I think it may happen?..
Having looking at the both players, Van der vaart looks the most promising and polished in my opinion, really hope he's not a Frank replacement but if it does happen he's gonna make a perfect replacement. Luka Modric? he's a spud now... our interest was never there!

Chelsea vs Manchester United Thread
Yeah nice to see that, hasen't produced the goods but his determination to show that he can do good and he's still one of the best was all in the celebration. Im actually hoping we don't get rid of Sheva this season, not because im a fan of him and my forum name is sheva simply because i still have the feeling he can become good and with drogba out of the picture next season and a new striker i can see us using the 442. Sheva plays with his heart and not with his ego which is nice to see as a footballer. So competition for the front of the line could be good for sheva with 2 up front, letting him go on loan would be criminal.

David Villa
http://www.skysports.com/experts/expert ... 83,00.html David Villa has had a very serious approach from Chelsea and things are developing on that front, but they are not the only team that is interested. The player is in no rush, but at this particular moment the most advanced offer that he has is from Chelsea. I think he is also waiting to hear from Real Madrid who showed their interest in him earlier in the season and basically told him to wait for an offer from them before he chooses anybody else. The way Valencia are at the moment some of the players they have maybe looking for a new club, Villa has openely come out to admit that he wants away from the club. I believe, well i heared it somewhere on this forum that we are looking for a new winger, they have the likes of Silva and Joaquin, both top quality wingers we could look at. But looks we are defaintly in for David Villa.

"Milan Won't Pay for Sheva"
Im not sure if this is a good source or not but here goes: http://www.goal.com/en/Articolo.aspx?ContenutoId=671479 Shevchenko had a glorious seven years at Milan from 1999 to 2006, scoring 127 goals in just 208 games, before leaving to join Chelsea following the last World Cup in Germany. His time at Stamford Bridge has been nothing short of disastrous, and he is desperate to return to San Siro this summer. Milan are also keen to arrange a deal to sign Shevchenko, however, according to the striker’s agent, they are not prepared to pay a fee for him. "[Milan vice-president] Adriano Galliani has always been very clear when stating that the deal can only be done if Chelsea allow Milan to have the player as a free loan,” said Fabio Parisi. "If Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will give his okay then I think the deal could be done." Shevchenko has made just 11 Premiership appearances all season, scoring four goals, and it is almost certain that he will be shown the door at Chelsea at the end of the campaign. This i would be very much against, i would like to see him back at Milan but as an official Milan player, would Chelsea still be paying his wages if this was too happen? If so that would be crazy to let him go on the free with the amount of money we got for him. Or could Shevchenko actually be apart of next seasons plans when Drogba leaves? Your thoughts?
