  1. No Grant went as the pumpkin Trouble was there was no fairy godmother around - so we still don't have a coach
  2. This will give you a rough idea http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_pre...njury_table.php
  3. Sell him now while he can walk
  4. I'm with Bluenut on this one, I 've seen Grant on Chelsea TV/press conferences several times saying he's the man for entertaining football. Never once has he said he doesn't have the players to play his style of football. I wasn't at the game on Saturday (did watch it on TV) but was at both the West Ham and Everton games and the football we played was average to say the least. We are playing no different than we did under JM, sideways, sideways, sideways and a bit more sideways; the only difference I see is we have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes before he makes any changes. Ok let's wait and see what happens in January, I'm sure Roman will give him an open cheque book, it'll be his chance to make his mark, but I for one am not holding my breath.
  5. I thought he was crap as usual. Much like the performance in general, okay we won, but with that much ball we didn't stretch their defence/keeper that much and had Keane not taken off Jones they might have sneaked a point. Saying that maybe they didn't go full out because of the CL match midweek and the Arse game, but I'm not so sure.
  6. I'm glad Grant plays entertaining football it would be oh so boring otherwise
  7. Perhaps someone should tell him it's a double headed coin
  8. To be honest I'm glad none of you are sitting on the jury.
  9. Much the same with bootlegs - Person A downloads a bootleg likes what he/she hears goes out and buys the band/artist's back catalogue then catches them live at the next opportunity who wins?. Bootleg torrent sites are getting closed down one after one, the one I use has such strict regulations now it's a wonder anything gets posted. Record companies have ripped virtually every artist off and every record buyer since day one, its the only thing they're good at.
  10. Amy's gig at Brixton Academy on Thursday went okay we had to wait of course, she was due on stage at 21:15 and made it at 21:50, it was pretty obvious she had met charlie before, had a few drinks but sing she could even with the right words. I must admit the chat between songs left most people scratching their heads, not sure even if she knew what she was on about. And that damm guitar strap was a mothers to get over her head. But the biggest problem was Amy's clothes: her dress wanted to ride up and her her bra wanted to come down: at times she didn't have enough hands to hold her drink push up her bra and hold down her dress, but like I said sing she could and what a voice. Many times during the gig I really wished someone close to her could help her, she is an amazing talent, one I'm not so sure sadly I'll ever get a chance to see again as a body that size can't take that kind of hammering day in day out.
  11. I'm seeing her at Brixton next week, day before her fella is due in court, I must say my hopes are not too high - to be honest I'm not even sure she'll turn up - if she lives that long of course.
  12. I thought his wife said she liked shopping in Barcelona
  13. Crowded House (at one time or another) Weren't the Ruffin brothers in the Temptations at the same time?
  14. And Manure score half a goal more every game
  15. I thought it was strange you weren't about on Sunday. Don't blame you about the Peli, I was in for a pint and it didn't feel the same and now you can't even drink outside while there's twenty or thirty standing 10 feet away with their bottles from the offy. I was up the Mitre before and after the game much better boozer.
  16. Must say the atmosphere in the Shed on Sunday was excellent and on the odd occasion when we and the MH were singing the same song it sound loud. Next plan must be to get the Shed and MH to sing in unison a bit more often and I reckon at least a good part of West stand would be forced to join in. We know the east stand can't sing in fear of waking the residents of the adjacent necropolis
  17. Just got back from the game, must say I reckon Alex had a good game and done Ben Haim's job as well
  18. Oh my God I've just got to have a new Chelsea uniform
  19. We've scored 5 from 49 shots while Manure have scored 10 from 53 and the gooners 11 from 47
  20. You should hear him on their match build-up programme on Friday night some of the crap he comes out with is inbelievable
  21. If Paulo had been fit Bellitti won't have started
  22. I'll have a look tonight Loz
