Welcome Loic Remy
Jose said something about consulting a specialist about it and he's satisfied that it isn't an issue. I'm sure Eva will take good care of him.

He should do that against the top teams in the league and in Europe, especially away. He did it at Stamford Bridge last season and it worked pretty well. You only lost because of that ridiculous error from Nastasic and Hart. You just can't play your usual system against Europe's elite and get away with it.

Falcao to Chelsea?
They're not close to City or ourselves as a team. They're just throwing darts at the best names available Real Madrid style. The sheer quality of some of their players may see them into the top 4, but I still think Arsenal and Liverpool are better sides. Though LVG had a really terrible start with Bayern and almost got sacked before they kicked into gear 3 months in as he promised and went on to win a double. They won't be repeating that because City and ourselves are still way ahead of them, but they could make a burst for the CL. They're a complete joke at the moment. They've become everything they used to mock us for. I hope they fail to make top 4 and crash and burn. I'd rather Liverpool over them at this point just for the schadenfreude.

Wenger time wasting again. We tried for Destro and Roma flat out refused. They'd have to overpay massively.

I can't wait to see Jim White lose his sh*t.

I agree. I think Leicester could do a Southampton and finish in the top half of the table. They've already gone toe to toe with us, Everton and Arsenal - that's no mean feat. Most would have expected 0 points from those opening games from a newly promoted team. I like the way they play, very organised and efficient counter attacks. If they had a half decent finisher they'd be set. I have no idea how good their depth is, but they played us with two of their best midfielders out and just signed Cambiasso so I suspect they're fine. I wish them well. Prefer them in the league than the likes of QPR. When they can beat the mighty Dons I think we can start sweating.

Falcao to Chelsea?
On song he's the best striker in the world, but we have no idea how this injury and time in Monaco has affected him. I still wish we'd got him when AVB tried to bring him over. But he's a huge gamble now so United are welcome to him. He's so class that he'll probably deliver for them unless he really is crocked, but it seems like such a superfluous signing to me. Though, they do have a lot of players injured at the moment. Rooney's new obscene contract and his new captaincy is really screwing them. I bet they want to drop him and play RVP alone, but he has to find a way to fit them all in together. Not to mention Mata who was another obviously unconsidered buy. Such poor planning going on there. I wake up every morning and thank Vishnu that we didn't sign Rooney last year.

Cesc Fabregas
Yep Spanish football has been hit with an unfair stigma. Martinez has got Everton playing like a stereotypical Spanish side and I think it's a lovely addition to the league. I envied their ability to play the ball out and keep it under pressure. Some of their attacking play was brilliant. It's a shame for them that they can't seem to defend for sh*t.

Falcao to Chelsea?
I'm amazed really. Why are they spending 20m on a Falcao loan when their defence is falling to pieces?
-
Petr Cech to Real Madrid
If Cech goes I think we have one open international slot. It'd be unusual to leave it open. Cech might leave in January and we bring someone new in then.

Chelsea v Swansea (PL) 13/09/14 KO 15:00 BST
I can see him pulling off a sly clothesline whilst celebrating his 4th. Swansea didn't look that impressive against United, didn't see their other games. We should be beating them at home in any case. I just hope the defence looks back to its usual resolute self. City travel to Arsenal beginning their week of hell (Arsenal, Bayern, us) - so this is our opportunity to break away from the chasing pack.

I'm not too sure what they're thinking but the City fans seem to think a bit of dead wood is being shipped before the deadline. Falcao is 29 now, he's not going to be interested in messing around with the United project over City. He'll want to win things. Arsenal would be a bigger threat because he'd have nobody to compete with.

As most know I'm a regular on Bluemoon. It seems several Spanish clubs (namely Valencia and Atletico) are after Negredo which makes this Falcao thing look likely. Their attack would be frightening with Falcao and Aguero. I wonder if Jose has made them nervous?

Van Ginkel to Chelsea
Hopefully he quickly breaks into first choice there and gets his career back on track.

Which opposition forum is the least bias?
Probably Redcafe because they seem to put a lot of effort into quality control.

Roman stole that wealth from his enemies fair and square.

Welcome Loic Remy
Welcome to Remy. Makes a good backup option. Hopefully we'll go back in for Destro next summer because I liked the look of him. Our strikeforce is so much better now.

Arsenal and Liverpool haven't impressed me at all. City haven't either but eventually they'll hit their stride, we should both finish way above the rest.
-
Mattia Destro
I assume Destro was our first choice replacement but Roma wouldn't sell. We may go back in for him next summer, especially if Drogba retires.
-
Cech or Courtois?
His distribution is generally good, he's good at setting off quick counters. We couldn't keep the ball against Everton, punting it up field would have just come straight back at us. Azpilicueta was just as to blame for that chance he gave away, but he made up for it with that wonder save. He couldn't do much about the three goals we conceded.

Everton v Chelsea (PL) 30/08/14 KO 17:30 BST
As great as we were offensively, knowing Mourinho there's going to be a few bollockings over those set piece goals tonight.

Diego Costa to Chelsea
I have it on good authority that he's a cartel enforcer on the side.

Everton v Chelsea (PL) 30/08/14 KO 17:30 BST
I think that's what it'll be. They just put it in that formation by default these days even when Ramires usually always plays centrally. In this case I bet Matic is holding, Fabregas and Ramires ahead with Willian and Hazard on the wings.
