  1. Don't give me all that old bollocks about women earning their rightful place in high ranking positions within football! This Marina is clearly there simply to make the tea and do the washing up, while Eva's main job is washing the kit. Women in football, pah!
  2. I notice you neglected to mention the likes of Ken Shellito, Geoff Hurst, Bobby Campbell and Ian Porterfield. Was this an oversight, or did Chelsea actually do the right thing by sacking them?
  3. Yeah, but Rooney goes out shopping like that too, wears the away kit for going out clubbing
  4. If he does join Chelsea it will only be in order to retrieve his studs from David Luiz's arse
  5. Hope everything goes well, bg, there'll soon be another Chelsea fan in the world!
  6. Rooney is an over-rated twat who wouldn't fit into our system even if he was good enough, which he isn't. We need an out-and-out striker, not some scouse ponce who runs around like a maniac and getting sent off on a frequent basis. Even if I rated him, which I most certainly don't, I could never bring myself to trust a man who wears his arse-hair on his head. There are far, far better strikers out there that we should be seriously considering buying. Rooney isn't even the best forward at Manchester United - why the f*ck would we want him at Chelsea???
  7. I hate to even consider it, but if Ferguson does retire I can see Mourinho choosing United over Chelsea. As Erik says, his ego is too big to turn down a chance like that. I can't see Moyes going to United, he's a good manager but the mancs will want someone with proven success.
  8. I made the mistake of listening to 606 on 5Live Sunday night. I expected to hear some mancs making excuses for the result, and maybe some Chelsea fans celebrating. Instead I heard a procession of utter w*nkers masquerading as Chelsea supporters saying that they wanted Benitez to stay, how good a job he'd done, all is forgiven, etc..... Apart from it making me extremely angry, I actually felt physically sick to think that any Chelsea fans would think this way. No doubt some of these cretins were scousers pretending to be Chelsea fans, but surely not all of them. How can any sane Chelsea supporter believe that Benitez is a good manager, or that he should stay at Chelsea? The bloated lump of scouse-loving gristle is here for the money alone, he has no respect for Chelsea and never has had. I'd like to believe that the vast majority of Chelsea fans want to see him leave the Bridge at the soonest opportunity, preferably in a hearse. But listening to those callers on the radio has made me wonder - these people clearly have no scruples/morals/self-respect/brains (delete as applicable).
  9. Think yourself lucky we didn't sign Vennegoor Of Hesselink!
  10. I haven't got Sky, but I wish him every success - go on my son, get stuck in!
  11. Gonna be searching for a stream tomorrow, that's for sure! Come on you Gers, finish the season in style!
  12. Michelle Collins, mmmmm........
  13. THE HEAVY METAL KIDS - 1974 GARY HOLTON RULES (him of the blue hair in Auf Wiedersehen, Pet)
  14. Coventry was one hell of a walk from the station, seemed like f*ckin' miles. Derby was also a fair trek.
  15. Pretty sure it's Burnley - if so, it was played at Easter in 1969 - we lost 2-3, but Bobby Tambling scored along with John Hollins. I was standing under the North Stand at the time, aged about 11. The previous day we'd drawn 1-1 at home to Newcastle on Good Friday (went to that one too, must have been a good week for pocket money!).
  16. I'm going to add my two-pennorth for what it's worth. THFC has been posting on this forum for a while now, and I find his posts more sensible and interesting than that of many of the others, Chelsea fans though they are. His football knowledge is excellent, so why anybody would want him not to make comments about certain players is beyond me. If we stop visiting fans from commenting on anything to do with Chelsea, we'll soon be heading down the rocky road to RAWKsville. I hate Spuds more than any other club, especially their fans, but I don't tar the entire Tottenham support with the same brush. THFC adds to this forum, and I'm more than happy for him to continue posting on whichever subject he feels he wants to.
  17. They had 20,000 players on the bench??? That doesn't seem fair...
  18. Don't forget that hateful little turd Michael Owen who has just begun infesting MOTD.
  19. Agree, some superb pics TD, most of which I've not seen before. Yeah, PB, I used to love going to Highbury as well, used to be a great ground and held about 60,000, just a bit smaller than Stamford Bridge back then. I really enjoy seeing pics and clips of the old grounds - saw The Big Match Revisited a few months back, and some of the views of The Hawthorns really brought back memories.
  20. F*ck, I wish I had Sky just so I could tell them to stuff it up their collective arse - who the hell makes these decisions?
  21. Very disappointed with Feruz - yet again! Our best players were Ake and Kiwomya, I really hope we bring them through to become first team regulars. And that was never a f*ckin' penalty, the poor guy just tripped over his own feet and the carrot-cruncher fell over him! B*stard refs, hate them all!
  22. Thanks for all the info, TD, I'll try and find a way to watch this later!
