I don't really know enough about him to make an informed decision other than at his age he should be looking for a club that will be playing him week in week out and I can't imagine we'd offer than.

The media rarely touch on Emenalo or Granny pants so they've hardly been scapegoated. By us fans they've quite rightly had the finger pointed at them, given that they and not the manager select the transfer ins and outs. Weight that up against the signings that saw the end of Jose and the willingness to loan out any potential depth we have, with no sign of replacements and we have the smoking gun. As for the media they have a job of selling papers. Not printing stories based on truth or morality, literally just sh*t that sells. They see a club where stories are currently being printed about the manager is kicking off with the board, the club missing signings left right and centre, the main striker being fat, annoying and in hiding and then having 2 players sent off (one of which was its captain) while ending up 3-0 down to Burnley before the end of the first half in their first game of the season. Seems like plenty of blood in the water to me and if you think one game will change that then your sorely mistaken. Why would the media want to do this other than to sell papers? Simple fact is old money hates new.

Well to be fair I saw questions around whether Cahill is leadership material and the boards squandering of our team. On the positive I saw us win the second half with 9 men 2-0. So the passion and the heart is still there. Lets move on in and out this behind us. Come on you blues!

So According to the website the first team is: GK - Courtois, Willy, Eduardo DF - Cahill, Azpilicueta, Luiz, Christensen, Rudiger, Alonso, Moses MF - Fabregas, Kante, Bakayoko, Hazard, Willian, Pedro, Kenedy, Musonda ST - Batshuayi, Morata, Costa (included on site but totally dubious) Personally i'd like to see another wing back come in for both sides. Kenedy can give us backup on the left hand side and Azpi can give backup for the right hand side although i imagine he'll feature heavily as an RCB and therefore if we had to choose one I'd prefer a RWB came in. We clearly need another CM and having not replaced Mikel we are severely missing the depth in this position. Hopefully Baker will prove himself and come in and blow us away but we'll have to wait and see. Attacking Midfield doesn't worry me as much, I think Hazard, Willian, Pedro, Boga/Musonda can will offer us more than enough cover although I wouldn't cry if we brought in Sanchez or another marquee player for this position! Striker-wise I think we're set as long as we keep hold of Bats. To summarise I'd say we are crying out for a RWB and a CM and I'd be pleased with a marquee attacking midfielder. Additionally another Goalkeeper would be nice because i'm very uncomfortable with the potential of Courtois becoming injured and being left with Willy.

I'm worried that I'm going to get too attached to him. I can see him developing into a Ronaldinho type player. It'll be hard to say goodbye, especially if he takes to the Premier League.
