Serge Aurier

Featured Replies

Apparently, he requested to leave PSG.

24 years old, very attacking RB, the RWB position will suit him perfectly. I don't know if we ever linked to him and I don't find any links with him yet, but if he is going to be available, I won't mind having him here.

Like 2 years ago, there were reports that he is banned from England, I don't know how true it is. Man United are linked with him, they won't go for a player that can't play in the country...

Anyways, your opinions about him, any chance of signing him or being linking with him?

( sorry if there is a thread about him already, couldn't find )

He was denied a visa due to him assaulting a police officer.

"a Home Office spokesperson said: “We reserve the right to refuse a visa to anyone who is convicted of criminal offences.

“Mr Aurier received a two month custodial sentence in September 2016 for assaulting a police officer. The immigration rules clearly state that non-EU nationals who have received a custodial sentence of less than 12 months within the last five years will be refused on criminality grounds.

“All applications are carefully considered on their individual merits, in line with the UK immigration rules and based on evidence provided by the applicant.”"

World Class on his day but his baggage is worse than Costa's.

I know he's got a bit of a reputation but with the right manager he could be an incredible wing back

It's frustrating, we're desperate for wing backs and he's available yet we seemingly have no interest?

If he is allowed into the country and we signed him there'd be outrage.

No doubt United will launch a smarm offensive and as the media darlings will get a much easier ride of it.

why what has he done?

If I recall, he also recorded a video where he was calling the the manager there (blanc?) Someone who orally stimulates ibrahimovic in the nether-regions, and some other wild things.

Yes he's a bit mental.

Probably be retired after a few years addicted to cocaine and bankrupt.

Okay, that's a bit far, but you get the picture!!

United heavily linked with him, now there are links with Spurs...

There is a reason that PL clubs chasing him, why would they chase a banned player?

I would imagine the ban would get uplifted. He'd be paying millions into the economy through tax if he came here, why turn that down because he did something wrong in another country?

That's what I am about.

I hope we will enter the race and take him, he also wouldn't cost that much for the current market. 25m-30m for him would be a good offer.

Would absolutely love him here. Can't think of many right sided players better than him that are available.

I remember seeing him for Ivory coast... Can't remember if it was the the AfCon or the world cup ..  seems ages ago now. How's he still so young?

Looked a quality player back then already.
