Full marks to Porto tonight. Hard to believe that is largely the same side that capitulated to Arsenal earlier in the tournament. They fully deserved the draw and Fernando, in particular, was first class. He is only 21 years old but tonight looked like someone who has played that position at the highest level for years and years. Defintiely one to keep an eye on.

Did you hear them practically getting into bed with Rooney for having the 'genius' to predict the pass back which led to the first goal. Rooney did what many strikers do week in week out however last night not only did Rooney predict the pass back it would appear that whilst making the run he also split the atom, found a cure for the common cold and built a 9 dminsional trapezoid out of straws and sellotape.

Actually I thought it should have been a boring game or an easy one for Mancs, but Porto made a pleasant surprise and they were unlucky to conceed 2 stupid goals, when they could clawed an easy victory, according mostly to mancs' perfomance in the 1st half.

L.Lopez has became the revelation for me, he and Lucho were brilliant as it often happens, but I've never seen Lopez in such determined and aggressive dashion as yesterday.

Credit to Utd and Arsenal, who now face off for the finals. I have to say, I am not liking the possibility of advancing to that final, potentially losing, and then never hearing the end of it. But we have to get there first and Barca will be a tough tough tough adversary. Better than the teams of 2004-6, and probably the toughest opponent I can remember us having in the CL in recent history
