Wenger said: “We live in a league now where the divers are rewarded. It is not right. I do not want to go into any individual assessments.

"I don’t think the free-kick should have been given, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t win the header after that.â€

The above is taken from The Sun.

And what? Adebayor was taking flying lessons? At least when Drogba went down, Francesca actually touched him (even if it was a slight nick), what was Adebayor doing?

Seriously, an utterly deluded voyeur.

Heres to Wenger carrying on the way he has for the last 5 years

Hes a two faced twat with selective vision and always will be

A blind voyeur! I like it!

My mistake, should have specified, only blind when it happens on the pitch. What he does in his privite life is entirely up to him.

No, no, Gem, I didn't mean you'd made a mistake, I meant a blind voyeur would have to use his fingers, like when reading braille!

Thats really a ludicrous statement, if you think about Adebayor´s dive. But I think you cant deny that some of our players are really going down quite easy. In particular Drogba. :P And to the free-kick: Fabregas definitly hitted Drogba´s left foot, therefore I think it was a free-kick.

Was't he singing Pires's praises the other day ? with out a doubt one of the worst divers this league has seen.

Utterley clutching at straws here.

Wasnt even a dive, jesus he really picked his foul. I mean normally with Drogs it is a dive, but not this time!

The bloke is cracking up big time. Pressure getting to him i reckon, he is being slaughtered today.

My Gooner boss, for the first time said today, 'i think it may now be time'.

If he carries on at this rate, i think i actually want Wenger to stay. Looks like he is losing the plot, senile old man..

I actually thought for most periodsof the gsme yesterday we were piss poor, and yet we still stuck 4 past that shower of sh*te.

After what was a definite foul, wasnt it great to see Drogs get up straight away with no histrionics then be exactly where he should be for the free kick and not the wrong side of the touchline.

Even better Fabregas got booked

Once again, the man makes an arse of himself, talking about other players when his own team is what needs a serious examination.

Adebayor embarrassed himself in front of the whole world yesterday. Dove to win the penalty, plain as day, sheepishly looked back and got a yellow card.

This is the donkey Wenger blew teh chance to get 30 million for last summer, so its no wonder he doesnt want to talk about him. Now he just runs around the pitch scoring the odd tap against Derby in and getting booed by his own fans. Nice going "Professor".

As long as he is talking about other teams, and Arsenal are still winning absolutely nothing (except of course for the Prestigious "Best Football Style on the Planet Cup" which they are defending for the 10th year running) then he can talk about whatever he wants.

think about it people...wenger knows he's going to cop loads of abuse for another poor season let alone defeat...how best to try and distract the media from the truth...let's pick on drogba again, who conveniently got arsenal out of the spotlight last week too...it is a blatant pr ploy, but not even drogba's supposed antics can stop wenger's abilities being questioned by his own fans

I believe it is called pressure and I believe someone is beginning to crack, I would pay top $ for front row seats for when he does crack, "in Wenger we trust", what a load of bollocks.

I don't think he got booked, did he?

I remember thinking what a poor decision it was not to book him.

Yeah, pretty sure Gray said 'well it's either a penalty or a booking' and it ended up being neither. Poor reffing there.

Much like Fat Rafe focusing on Robben diving instead of his team's crap performance at the Bridge a few years ago. It's a well worn tactic.

Its depressing when Andy Gray is right. It was a dead on yellow. But either way, it was a good spot by the ref...I thought it was a definite penalty first time I saw it.

Gerrard conned a pen out of the ref for a similar dive v Sheff Utd the other year, when the keeper didn't touch him, but Stiles said that he wanted to and that was enough.

What about the other 3 goals Arsen, especially the last one which included 7 or 8 one touch passes?

As per usual, talking out of his Arsene!

Youre right, PK, he didnt. I jsut remember that stupid grin Adebayor had when he looked back. I think he knew the ref hadnt bought it and was expecting a punihsment
