Brilliant! You don’t often see a hack as rattled as that in front of a camera, Lipton was positively squirming! Paddy Barclay looked as though he was enjoying it immensely and he does seem to be a lot more pro-Chels these days. I’m probably jumping the gun by saying that, but did anyone see the Sunday Supplement at the weekend where he dismissed the piece by Bob Cass [The Sunday Mail] on Torres about to be sold as a ‘plant’ for ManU written to unsettle the player and his club before a big game. He then went on to slate Ferguson’s support of Rooney over the swearing incident, adding that the saddest thing about the disrespectful approach of the ManU manager ‘was that it works!’

I watched this on Chelsea TV and Gigi made that horrible liitle spud c***t Lipton look like the lying piece of sh*t he is. So sick of these talentless so called journalists writing absolute crap about our team.

The stick the club, Carlo and Torres is getting since we were knocked out of the CL is unvelievable. There is only a few good journalists out there who write good,well balanced articles with constructive criticism. The rest are like that complete pr**k Lipton from The Mirror.

Brilliant! I especially liked the bit where she questioned whether his source was a flip-flop. He got enormously on the defensive didn't he. Honestly if it's not written by Oliver Holt or Martin Samuel I rarely bother with their rubbish. We might have some nutters on here, but I think a lot of members put together more sense in a single post than most of the rags do in a year.
