Any game recommendation?

I bought the AoE collections and all the Command & Conquer titles and DLC as well.

I loved these when I was younger but since it switched gaming really switched over to Steam I've not had them so bought them out of nostalgia.

I also got Civilization V but I hadn't realised that was turn based as opposed to real time so I'm not a great fan of that!

Age of Empires: The Rise of Rome is the best game I've ever played. Played it for thousands of hours.

Not sure about the campaign as I'm not that far into it, apparently about ten hours. There are side quests and there's random stuff to do like in the main game as well so probably 20+ hours gameplay.

The map is two times bigger than the original game. This can be misleading as there are loads of open spaces but it's still big.

It's the first DLC I've bought but definitely worth the money so far. I traded the game in and re-bought it as well.

Might have to have a look at that then. I thought it was a great game.

I was tempted to buy Dead Island but after playing Dying Light, I think it will seem quite tame.

Red Dead Redemption is now playable on Xbox One and is going for around £6 in the Xbox sale.

Backwards compatible is starting to look good, I've got south park stick if truth and rdr to play now.

Anyone from the US, Australia or NZ got Pokemon Go yet? It hasn't come out here unfortunately. I know if you can do some jiggery-pokery on your phone to get it working on UK devices, but I can't be bothered.

Some hilarious stories in the news regarding the game; some poor young woman went to a river in Wyoming to catch some water-type pokemon but ended up finding a corpse floating there instead!

Pretty strange that it's still not released in Japan.

My mates downloaded the app from a third-party site (it's not out yet from where I'm from) and showed me. Well, i have to admit it looks quite interesting.

Ok, i've downloaded it and I am addicted.

Found a Drowzee loitering in the kitchen at work. It is now mine! Also saw a Rattata skulking outside the postroom, got that too. The Zubat that flew into my toilet cubicle as I was taking a s*** was difficult to catch, but I managed it in the end.

Gotta catch 'em all!

Wow, what an adventure you're having. Who did you choose as your starter by the way?

My mate just caught a Diglett that was sticking out of his pants lol

LOL it had to be a Diglett didn't it!

Squirtle baby. My favourite Pokemon!

I would download it, but the third party app you have to download if you're in the UK has been linked to viruses that can take over your phone.

Replayed The Last of Us.

Still easily the best game I've ever played, such well written characters and superbly acted.

Managed to get the platinum trophy as well which I'm happy about.

Would like to see more future gen Pokemon in this in the near future.

I can't wait to get my hands on Mudkip and my fave Flygon lol

Pokemon Go officially out in the UK if anyone hasn't downloaded it yet.

Cheers mate. Already had it downloaded but at least I can update it now.

Nintendo NES mini has been announced which will plug straight into a tv via a USB cable and come with 30 games including Mario 1-3, Donkey Kong, Legend of Zelda and Metroid.

Releases November 11th

Best bit? Only $60, so I'm guessing £50 in the UK.

Day one purchase for me.

Got Saints Row IV purely because it was on sale with both metro games for a tenner.

It's surprisingly enjoyable, I'd recommend it if you're needing something to play while releases are quiet.

I wasn't huge on the superpowers aspect of it but it worked ok, plus the saints row humour is completely up my street do it was worth it for that alone!
