Although not strictly my local team anymore, I moved to Milton Keynes in 82, Carshalton Athletic is my hometown team. As far as MK is concerned I'd love to be able to say that the Dons are my local non league outfit, fingers crossed, but if I'm not watching Chelsea on a Saturday afternoon my regular spot is on the 50ft wide, 4 step covered terrace at New Bradwell St Peter of the South Mids League.

I'd probably be a part time Tooting and Mitcham fan nowadays as their new stadium is on the site that used to be Chelsea's training ground, a stones throw from where I grew up.

Welling United - currently in Blue Square South and if they didn't get points deducted it would have been Blue Square Premier!! (if memory serves). A 20 minute walk and you're there- been going since I was 10.

Awesome - I used to live in Welling (until I was about 9) :D

If you'd asked this question last season, I would've answered Crawley Town, but they've secured promotion to the Football League and therefore don't actually qualify anymore.

Way up here its Workington Reds in the northern prem league, go to a few games a season, though more for the beer and laughs than the football.

Since I was exiled from Notting Hill to the Yorkshire Dales, my local team is Guiseley AFC of the Blue Square League (I think). Never been and can't see myself ever doing so.

Worcester City in the Blue Square North. If I'm not at Stamford Bridge you can find me either in the bar or their Shed.

I actually won 2 season tickets in a competition last season. I'm not entirely convinced anybody else actually entered the though.

Worcester's greatest ever moment was beating the dippers in the FA Cup in 1959 :D

Your right there mate noone else entered, my local is worcester city and malvern town. :laugh2:

Worcester City

Most memorable game I went to was away Vs Coventry City 1983 FA cup, we lost 4-1 if I remember rightly.

Another great reason to support Worcester....They did an FA cup giant killing act on Liverpool in the 50's, and they also play in a Blue kit, and they have a shed end.

Little known fact, I played for my local non-league side way back when I was around 18. Well when I say play, I got signed on as a trialist because of injuries and came on as sub 3 times for a grand total of around 60 minutes of play.

3 mentions for Worcester already, that's surprised me, is it a hotbed of midlands blues then?

Rushden & Diamonds but boy have they gone tits up therefore it's Irchester United for me

Geezer, without trying to get crucial details about your location, do you live in irchester?

No not really. Always been a few of us though. A minibus used to be run to home games about 15 years ago.

Most people seem to support Manure or the bin dippers, as it is in most places. L'arse fans appear from time to time, and Obviously the midland clubs are fairly well supported as well, particularly Villa.

EDIT: Forgot to say that myself, Coco and CBB (They are brothers in law) all know each other. I probably wouldn't know them if it wasn't for Chelsea ::ChELSeAFaN::

Hednesford Town

I've been to Hednesford a couple of times. Cracking little ground, and if I remember rightly the chairmans daughter is really fit.

Wealdstone. Started following them back in the 80's because many of my Rayners Lane / Harrow based Chelsea mates also supported them. They've had a bit of a nomadic existence since then after a previous chairman did the dirty on them and sold their old Lower Mead ground to developers. Edgware, Hendon, Northwood and Watford have all hosted home games over the years but now they've finally settled into a pemanent home of their own and blow me, it's only a few minutes walk from me in Ruislip. Plenty of old school blues are to be found at their games and they can still pull some numbers for big away games. Still remember them embarrassing Qprhaha and Reading at their own grounds in the past.
