I'm still yet to read anything that suggests he is "running his mouth". He has spoke honestly and he hasn't done anything wrong. He asked to go out on loan because he felt he wasn't ready. I don't see what he has done wrong for people to jump on the lads back

To be honest this is the sort of thing I just find a bit tiresome with Lukaku.

He is heavily linked with a move away from the club, everyone knows it including himself so why feed it with some soppy cryptic message on social media when he could just as easily say 'Looking forward to linking up with my CFC team mates' or, god forbid, not say anything at all...

 

In all honesty I think he's just a bit of an attention whore. 

Most likely means he's off, slight thought it might just be about starting things for real at Chelsea but I highly doubt it, lol.

I disagree, I think Costa and Drogba can do the business for us this season. Torres, well Torres can bring Costa and Drogs water or clean their boots.

Maybe 2 or 3 years ago Drogba and Costa would have been enough but Drogba is well past his best and Costa has had injury problems at the tail of last season so it would be utter madness to not get another striker in.

Torres will never bring anything to the team other than 'effort' which means not alot when your job is to score goals.

If it is to mean he is set to join Everton then we need to sign a new striker to go with Costa and Drogba. 

 

Losing a HG player who could have had a bright future with us would be a big blow, but we are left with no choice if he wont sign a new contract. 

 

Really hope this is not linked to our supposed offer to sign the CB from Atletico. Sell Lukaku and sign another CB, one at 29 years of age to boot, when we already have JT, Cahill, Brana and Zouma would be a bit mad.

Talksport are reporting he's gone to everloan for £23m

A Belgium football Jurno has tweeted via the sky transfer updates that Lukaku is to sign a 5 year deal with Everton. Hope we got the 30mill at least.
