I agree completely, with the exception of anything that pecks.

I only read the books at the end of season 3...and I can't remember much of them at all.

Obviously I remember the deaths...and....errrr...other interesting twists. Don't know whether to try and read them again before the new series or not.

 

Maybe it'd just be better to wait until after the new season is done.

The best book in the series so I have massive expectations for this. Absolutely can't wait for some of the scenes.

Saw an older film recently for the first time that was 'one to watch' by all accounts.

 

It was called 'No Country for old Men' & I have to admit, I felt as if I'd aged watching it.

 

Christ, it was slow and boring and I haven't a clue what the ending was about.

 

But if they ever get around to making a flick about Jimmy Saville,Stuart Hall & all the other old pervs, at least the can use the title somewhat & call it ........ 'No Country for Dirty Old Men'.

I know - I have read to the end of Book Five, and am not happy about some of the exits, but I am wondering if the films will be the same.  They have made a few changes so far to the books.

 

I want the evil Cersei to die hideously and slowly!

I completely disagree with wanting Joffrey and Cersei to die. I love a good villain in a story. They add so much and some of Cersei's dialogue is wonderful. Along with the Tyrells' mother, she has great dialogue with Tywin especially.

Joffrey is not a good villain he is a nasty evil little bratty c**t who needs to die screaming for mercy!
