EDIT: Actually somebody else on twitter pointed out, look at the tattoo on his right arm (left side of photo) and then look at his tattoo via another pic, could actually be real. Unless that's a shadow, but looks like it could be his tattoo.

That fact that it was fourfourtwo who put the picture of gives it a bit more cred though. They aren't the worst site in the world.

If they had matched his arm tone with his head I would nearly be convinced!!
